Overall this was a nice stay with the family. It was our first time here after being recommended by a few friends. Our kids loved the several choices of water activities including the sand beach. I enjoyed the nightly theater viewings of Yogi cartoons and a feature movie after. I highly recommend a golf cart rental, I am glad we had one. We did however experience a few glitches I would like to address but they did not ruin our trip in any way. Upon our arrival we were given a pamphlet of info about the park and our campsite. We were told where to go to find our site to which we did. We pulled up to the site and it was occupied. I called back to the office and was told wed have to wait up to an hour for them to depart. I asked about going to 1 of the several other sites in the row and setting up. I was told no because theyre reserved. Ok, but nobody ever showed up to those sites the rest of the week. So we waited for our site to be vacated. The other thing I had a problem with was finding out how to record Yogi Rewards onto my account. During every purchase of items within the park I asked before checkout. I was routinely told to keep the receipt and turn them in online to get my points. I looked online and it didnt appear to be that way. I went to the main office and asked the young lady there and she acted like shed never heard of Yogi Rewards. She came to the conclusion after listening to me that yes, I have to turn points in online. I went back to our unit and looked on the website again, yes I could print off a form and send that in with a copy of my receipts and eventually get the points on my account. On the day we checked out, I made another visit to the main office, a different lady was there. I asked her about it, she was more than helpful and took every receipt I had, logged them and said they would be added. It seemed like such a simple program but turned into a bit of a headache to figure out. I am still under the impression that these can be logged during every transaction at the computer of each sales clerk. Maybe I am wrong in thinking this though? Overall I will be back with my family and will recommend this place to others.

been here many times and have enjoyed it. The place itself is great with lots to do, But staff and policies make me question if I want to continue coming. They have a new policy that If you want to add people last min to your site the charge is $25 a day per person! I found this out only after traveling 3 hours. The charge is normally $9 a day per person per day. Crazy thing is, there is no warning when you book your site. They told me its always been their policy, but if it was they never told anyone or ever enforced it. The policy is mean spirited. Worst part of all, they don’t tell you. It may be listed somewhere on their site, but isn’t obvious when booking. I have also had issues with rude staff (that can happen anywhere, but its come up more then it should) EDIT thank you yogi bear for the response. However you missed the point. It wasnt that i was confused about the overnight rate vs day pass. It was the fact that its $9 for a overnight pass per person when you book your site. If you show up and want to add a person its $25 a person. There is no warning on your site when you book that is will cost a lot more to add a person later. Not a fun surprise.

Hello! My name is Kayla Megonigle. I have worked for this company for two years and have never met a more welcoming staff. Together, we make it our best effor to make your stay as wonderful and memorable as possible. Youre care is in our best interest as your happiness lightens our days. Theres nothing greater than seeing you and your family have an amazing time. From a guest standpoint, the park is very large and entertaining. The staff are friendly and more than willing to help you with your needs. This is part of the reason I was so eager to work here myself. Golf carts are defintely a great way to get around the park without a hassel. The restaraunt serves fantastic food at a great price; my favorites being the chicken wrap or their pizza. Before working here, I visited the park with my family often. In fact, it was our favorite place to camp. If you are looking for a memorable camping experience, look no further.

One of the nicest campgrounds weve been to. However, Grandma and Grandpa (who were staying nearby at Three Bears Hotel) came over to watch their grandchildren play in the pool were asked to leave the pool area because their wristbands that they got in the office was the wrong kind. The manager said it would be $25 per person per day to be in the pool area. If we would have known this, they would have paid the $4.50 per senior per day when they PAID FOR THE TWO CABINS THEY HAD RENTED FOR THEIR KIDS AND GRANDKIDS!!! Also, the manager said that they couldnt even go into the store (for souvenirs) unless they paid the $25 for a wristband. They should be more clear about the wristband policy when checking in.

I have been coming here for 26 years. I started coming when I was in diapers and now that I have kids of my own in diapers I am still coming back. This placed has changed a lot over the years and always gets better while keeping the feel the same. I would highly recommend this place to any family that is looking for a weekend getaway or a week long getaway. There are things for all ages to do. Putt-Putt, many pools, hot tubs, lake w/ beach, paddle boats, outside theater, Golf Carts, Craft Center, Lazy River, Water Slides and more.

Its a wonderful experience and you can never run out of fun things to do, if youre looking for somewhere fun to go with the fam, you dont have to look any further. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful and weve never had a complaint about anything in the park. This place is amazing and me and my family still feel euphoric every time we return!

It was so fun! but they need major updates... My cabin number was f19 and it was horrible! Air conditioning was bad and widows and doors are hard to open. They need to add more attractions Becuase I have been coming here for years and its the same thing. Maybe add zip lining or go carts?? Game room is stupid and it should me turned in to something cool like escape room or lazser tag. Also in the indoor water park make it more yogi themed it was more like any ordinary water park and I was disappointed.

Perfect match for our two families of four. The children ranged from 5 to 21 months. The waterpark was perfect for them. Not too deep. Beginner style slides. The kids used them for hours. We stayed in a villa. Plenty of room for everyone. Fully furnished which was great. Food and camping supplies at the general store were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. We liked it so much we already booked for next year. Rent a golf cart. Hassle eliminator.
