Unfortunately had to give a 1 Star because it was no option lower than that. NEVER boook here for a party. I booked for my about to be 8 year old and was not told all the information I needed to know. If I would have known I can come earlier than the party time. I was also treated with rude service. I have never been to a party you spend $250 and I was informed thru someone else of cupcakes being just sat outside and no one that worked there informed ME the Adult that paid for the party of cupcakes. For $250 I had to pass out my own cupcakes and stuff. I spent better money at skyzone, and Rock n Jump for less money and better service. This was a first and last time trying here. After mentioning this I was told by their manager that she was sorry and told there was nothing they can do but was never offered anything. If I would have been asked this I would give better ways of improving but I was not given a chance of basing asked anything just told "Its nothing we can do". Even with the hassles my other party guest had even to get in. Despite the issues the kids still had fun. I would just not recommend party services and if you have any issues they wont do anything about them. I wasnt looking for anything free or a hand out. Just someone to understand and try to figure ways of improving. But they failed miserably

Very dissapointed been taking my girls here for last several years, I take a vacation day to take my youngest daughter and they will not accept my voucher from Living Social, even though its says it good for that amount at the park, my daughter was so upset and all the manager said was sorry we just dont have a contract with them and nothing we can do, I asked for some sort of coupon or at least a discount for the inconvience of not letting me know by phone or email that they will not accept them so make other arrangements still wouldnt even give a couple dollars off so sad!!

Wonderful place! The entire staff, lifeguards, guest services, and concessions were all a joy to be around. They were super helpful! My son fell down and scraped his knee, and the head guards were able to help us so quickly. I would give this place a 10/5 if I could! :-)

It is $18 for adults & $15 for kids smh. So far a family to go it would cost $66. Thats wayyyyy too high. Its isnt even big enough or doesnt even have enough stuff to do for it to cost that much. I will NOT be returning with my family anytime soon!! Very disappointing..

Make sure u call ahead to make sure they arent closed for a private event. Website wasnt updated and my 3year old was so excited and I had to disappoint her. We wont be coming back. I wasnt the only family turned away, what a joke.

LOVE splash city...i feel very at ease knowing my child is cared for. Lifeguards always on duty. Staff has always addressed compliments or complaints in a timely manner...i woyld highly recommend it to your family.

Splash city is a fun place they have different areas to go to ,food is high but I would expect that ,they have showers locker room, and they staff are nice. I love this place and want to go back soon.

For the price they ask for everything should work, the jest in the lazy pool was down..then u have to pay 3.00 plus a $5 deposit for a locker...they only have to really good slides for adults..

No beer? Should be able to have a beer at the lounges while watching my kids. My kids are 7 and 9 and they would be bored if we came back next year. Plus the surf board area was closed.

Love this place! Totally accessible for everyone. They even have a water wheelchair you can borrow! Very clean. Small cafe. Great for groups!

Lazy river is weak rock wall is pretty cool. The swimming pool is pretty small and the lifeguards blow their whistle every 10 seconds.

Restrooms were dirty. Pools and slides were ok. Food, they should have a system with numbers or at least give receipt.

They charge full admission price for a parent to go in, just to keep an eye on their kids, not swim. We will not return.
