Brides beware: this establishment will not tell you up front, but you are not allowed to use their golfing green for your wedding. In fact, you are not allowed in the grounds at all. My cousin had her wedding here and when we went to take bridal party photos, a man chased us down on a golf cart and told us we were not allowed on the grounds. Her photographer tried to ask if we could just use it for a few minutes and he firmly told her no. My cousin was never made aware of this policy when booking. I would think most people book a golf course so they have manicured greens and the look only a golf course has. Add to the fact that the price they paid to be here and there isnt a place to take photos? When I get married, the last place Ill consider is Wild Ridge and Ill be sure to share with my friends. Also, the background of the ceremony site is covered in electrical wires so its all you see during the ceremony. Be sure youre really looking at this place when booking!

The course is decently laid out with fairly good conditions. The back nine is a little more confined in terms of width and space. I usually just play the front 9 though. I like this place over other places in the area (besides its partner course - Wild Ridge). The staff here is friendly and courteous. The PGA instructors are very accommodating and have helped me improve my game too. Getting a packaged deal for your lessons is a good bargain and well worth it. Go see Justin or Jim and you will love the game even more. Theyre personable and cool guys.

We had our wedding reception at Wild Ridge this past weekend and received many compliments from our guests on the delicious food and beautiful venue! Lisa was a great help from beginning to end and answered all our questions and gave great advice. Our large wedding party had a blast taking pictures outside. While you can not go onto the grass (heels+golf course=not good) you can take photos from the blacktop cart paths and patio areas (The path behind the clubhouse gives the illusion of being deep in the woods!). We are very happy with our choice.

I have worked with Wild Ridge and their companion course Mill Run on two events for the company I work for. We booked the golf course and a meeting space for some networking. It was so easy to work with their team from the golf course, signage, carts, to the food and beverage and room set up. I would highly recommend using this facility for any event even if it doesnt involve golf. The facility is beautiful and the service was great.

Ive only been here one time but the guy in the pro shop was a real nice guy and the corse is real good at least the front 9 I cant wait to play the back 9 the next time I go in took my 4 year old girl with me and they were real cool about letting her be there and she had the time of her life

Had my daughters wedding here a few years ago and everything was wonderful! Staff was amazing and the facilities now are the best in Eau Claire! The sunset view from the patio makes for the most beautiful pictures. A+ and 10 out of 10!

Good food but terrible service and timeliness. Tired to have lunch there on two occasions. Both times our group was 3-4 people and the only 2 groups in the restaurant. Both times it took an especially long time to get our food.
