FOUND OUT VENUE FOR THIS SHOW "MAVERICKS" IS STANDING ROOM ONLY!!!!!!!!!! This is Julia Swanson writing this review, Last evening bought tickets for Mavericks in Sept. We clicked on best seats available and got seat assignments, so cool happy to get tickets. The seating chart didnt show these numbers for seating. Today we called Ticket Master to find out where our seats are located and FOUND OUT VENUE FOR THIS SHOW IS STANDING ROOM ONLY!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!! Health will not allow me to stand for that long, no dont have wheel chair, Be warned now we are trying to get tickets refunded, yes we bought insurance for these tickets. They dont want to refund because I cant stand that long wanting doctors form. It should be stated no seating available not best seats available when Purchasing tickets thru Ticketmaster. They misrepresented these tickets as seats. 6/9/16 afternoon Update... first representative with Ticketmaster of no help this morning. Called again and got Trish, she happens to have first hand experience with my disease and fully understood why I cant stand for an entire concert. Thanks Trish money being refunded for the tickets that were misrepresented as assigned seats.

Saw Mike Gordon a few days ago at the Neptune. It is a beautiful venue, and the sound quality is great. Most of the people working there have good attitudes, and smile. However, the guy working the ticket counter could lighten up a bit. Also, way to much security. Cops with guns almost seemed to outnumber the patrons that were there. Makes for an uncomfortable scene. Other venues, even bigger venues, dont have that kind of law enforcement milling about. Security were acting like they were bad asses, not professional at all. I was not too worried about it, because I am not a trouble maker. But I dont want to see that many gun toting cops around at a peaceful concert. Also, the bouncers need to be more consistent. They pat down some people and not others. Anyway, I had a great time at the show, and will definitely comeback to the Neptune because they get such great bands, and its such a historical building.

Amazing environment. Beautiful old architecture, and one of the oldest theater left in Seattle. Went to see a comedian stand up there. I had a great experiences and enjoyed watching a show with more mature audiences. It also serve good quality of drinks. Personally, I wish this place will keep open and preserved as the historical landmark of the Great Seattle. Seattle really needs some culture identity since most "garage band" people and "creative" crowds can no longer afford this citys high rent. Many cities in Texas have better art and culture also music and theater scenes than here. Kind sad...

This venue is just ok....older and a bit run down. Sound is good. The horrible part of the whole thing is the management and information. My show tickets said it started at 7:30pm. No notice otherwise that the show was late. The sign on the box office said it opened 90 mins prior to show time, but didnt open until 7pm. WHAT TIME IS the show? No instructions on where the line is. Also please train your staff on ADA rules. A patron asked and was told to wait at the back of the line and take her chances. All in all...bad. AVOID this venue unless its a show of a lifetime.

Neptune is a fantastic venue. First of all, its beautiful. I absolutely love all the STG venues (i.e. Paramount) and think this might be my favorite. The bar is in a great spot and the bartenders are always friendly. The shows are fun because you can either be right in the front, near the bar or up in the balcony. Its also very easy to get to by bus. Parking can be tough to find but thats why we take Metro!

Its an OK venue, although a little small. (some would say intimate) The concert I attended was a fundraiser for public television and was so over-sold that we arrived early and still had to stand in the back in the bar area. Could barely see and pretty quickly got tired of standing. We left at intermission. The tickets were $200! It might be fine for a less popular band.

This is my favorite theater to see music in Seattle. Great sound, amazing artists, overall always a fun experience. I love that they have a kiosk outside the venue to pick up tickets without all the added fees. 21+ bar section is a great place to hang before going down to GA. Rest assured that if you are going to a show at the Neptune itll be a great experience.

“Great Intimate Venue With some Upgrade Options” The Neptune is an old theater turned music venue. There is a main floor section and a balcony section. In the main floor section there are two levels a few steps in height difference. There is also a seating area on the higher main floor tier for people who pay extra for the "Club". In June of 2016 it was...

This place is old but has an awesome sound system. I saw Nada Surf there and it was all fine for the songs, just a bit too much echo when they chatting between songs. Not sure if that actual venue itself at fault or the sound engineer forgetting to kill the effects when needed. Other than that, theres a bar in the back with lots of room to move around.

Awesome mid-sized venue. Easy to get to, plentiful street parking nearby, clean restrooms, seats upstairs if you dont feel like standing with the general audience. Anyone with alcohol in their hand cant cross a certain barrier downstairs, which means you wont have a drink spilled on you midway through a show. All around great place to see music.

Awesome theater! It is a bit older, but has a great vibe. The acoustics are great and the upper balcony has a perfect view of the stage. Concessions are also reasonably priced. The security is a bit over the top. They have to check all jackets and the guards themselves are a bit too serious. Besides that, nothing but positive remarks.

as soon as I had a license in 1979 started driving here to see movies. Life of Brian was very memorable. Secret Policemans Ball had music by the Police and skits from Monty Python, the worlds best self-wrestler in his final wrestling match... Rocky Horror six times throwing toast etc. Think of the smells embedded in the place.

I took my parents, grandma, aunt, and boyfriend here for my mothers birthday. We saw The Rocky Horror Picture Show and it was incredible. We sat in the bar that they have set up and the view was perfect. The audience was a riot to watch interact and the staff were great. I would definitely go back to Neptune.

Really cute, somewhat tacky little theater. Saw Django Django perform there and the sound was good, crowd was nice and the space worked well. Theres even a nice little balcony that seems to stay pretty empty for seating. The one drawback is having to hang back in the bar area if you want to drink.

Historic Seattle theatre restored as a great live music venue. Seating is basically all GA, with a main floor area and balcony. The bar area is open to the stage letting you enjoy yourself during all ages shows without having to pound your beer. Do yourself a favor and go see a show here!!

My favorite small show venue, I look forward to my STG email so I can find new shows to check out. If you dont mind standing, grabbing a drink and hanging in the bar area is a great way to enjoy shows. For those shows where you want to be close to the stage, just plan on getting there early.
