Would recommend classes here. Though I do cation you that most of the classes are geared towards children. Its not all that uncommon for me to the be the only adult in a class full of children. Do pay attention to the age guidelines while signing up for classes. Youll be more apt to be around individuals your own age. Exorcise rooms are decent. Good customer service. Would recommend.

Right off the Cedar River Bike Trail, so a good place to sanctuary if you end up needing a break. Bring a bike lock, they do not allow bikes inside at all (even if you carry them across the carpet). Public restrooms. Ample parking.

Really nice center, I am going to Fitness center, after my knee surgery I have to exercise. For seniors over 50 it is $2 a day. They have much more activities and programs for different ages.

Lots of activities for the family. Hosted my 4 year olds party there. Cool options at a really low price.
