I had just moved to the area. The back cover of St. George Magazine had a full page ad for Washington City Community Center. It advertised a FREE DAY PASS. After stopping at the Washington City Museum I went to the Community Center to try their facilities. Two guys greeted me at the front desk; they acted shocked and dumbfounded about a day pass or trial membership. They asked around and one of the women managers said yes there is an ad but I would have to bring it in. LOL. Are you serious, you want me to drive all the way home to bring back a generic ad (which you already know exists)? I drove home and read the fine print on the ad. It wants you to text their 888 phone number and punch in WCCC. This signs you up for their VIP Club. LOL LOL. Last time I got suckered into texting a code I was signed up for a scam. Thats why I now have texts blocked. I didnt even bother calling them back. What ridiculous bureaucracy, even for a gym. I can see now why this club is in the RED and will soon shut down. LOL. Go to Summit where they do things correct and know how to treat potential customers!

We love the Washington Community Center! We dont have a membership yet but we love taking our son here to swim. Its a mostly indoor pool, with a lazy river, a playground in the water with two slides, a bigger twisty enclosed slide for bigger kids and grown ups, two small slides and baby seats for little kids and babies. They also have a lap pool but we havent usws it yet. We love that the pool has a beach entry and doesnt get too deep. The water is always a perfect temperature and if you need to rest there are lots of chairs, lounges, and some tables near the snack bar. They even have a splash pad right outside the pool of you want to get some sunshine. This is our new favorite place to play in the water!

The desk staff are nice, the pool is great, facilities are clean. The food place is overpriced, the staff quite rude and the food is disappointing. Signs everywhere say no outside food, but given that I see McDonalds happy meals on the tables and the blonde lady manager/owner herself told me we could eat whatever at the picnic tables, I will no longer support that small business. Seriously, they used to do our Frazil refills for $1. A bad review and a lost customer over $1 after we spent over $20 is a very, very bad decision as a business owner.

I just started coming to this place to swim laps due to the gym that I was swimming at (Vasa) was so dirty. I love this place in every way. Plenty of laps in lap pool and CLEAN! People shower before use which is called for and respected. The family pool is warmer and fun with the lazy river effects area. Staff is vey friendly. The $5. daily use fee is very reasonable for such a top notch place. I will be joining for the lap swim benefits.

Stingy and will very rarely give refunds. On multiple occasions have lost my paperwork for a simple gym membership. None of the front desk workers are on the same page, so if one person gives you the wrong info, youll pay for it... Not to mention the copious amounts of older people sit at the machines wasting my time. Maybe okay for some people but Id never go back.

Great experience for my grandsons visiting from out of state (earlier this summer) unfortunately, the change of operations hours as of Aug 18 to a 3 PM opening time, was selfish and not thought out well; doesnt account for all of all of visiting families from other states where school doesnt start until later! Typical small town mentality....

I just moved here and joined the rec center soon after. I love the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and of course being able to work out three days a week. So far I have focused on the pool. I love how I have been able to work out in a variety of ways and get a great workout for my broken body. I plan on joining every year.

I have been to many recreation centers to swim and exercise. The washington county Rec center is the best out there. The pool is always meticulously clean, and the people who work there are helpful. There is always a lot going on, and I am grateful to have the center to go to and more grateful to have them in my area.

We love coming to this place for swimming, and basketball. Great facility for food, the prices are a little higher than normal, but the food is fresh and tastes great. Staff there are wonderful. I asked a few questions about the pool and didnt get any answers, maybe educate the staff a little on the rules for the pool.

Great pools and slides, plenty to do for all the family. There are several pool areas, including slides for small children and a faster slide for older children. Also climbing walls, gym, basketball courts. WiFi is available. Also a pizza and food outlet. Climbing wall was great fun for the kids.

If youre looking for a no stress place to workout/swim play, WCCC is the place to go. They have state of the art machines, fast internet and television, and classes to fit every fitness level. The pool is lots of fun for all and the lap swim is is just what youd expect. I highly recommend WCCC.

my mom comes and works out here and she loves it. she takes my little brother to the day care where the workers there are sweet and caring and put on little activities for them. my family and i like to go swimming there. It is really fun. the food there is also great.

Best rec center in the state. The lap pool is large and very clean. The childrens pool is fun and the kids had a blast. Great facilities upstairs for workout stations and running. Became a member when it opened and will continue to renew each year.

Not bad compared to what else is offered in the city for indoor recreation... Awesome pool area. Could use a little revamping and music overall. Love the fact that I can bring my baby and utilize the stroller track lane.

This center really takes care of its community! My kids and I love the unique layout of the pool, splash pads and lazy river. We have had two amazing birthday pool parties at a very reasonable rate. The staff rocks!!

Never had any problems here! Pool is great, rock climbing wall, clean lockers and showers, snack bar, anything you want. The gym and track are great too! Prices are fair, staff is nice, overall a great facility!

My family loves this place. We always keep an annual membership. Great play pool for the kids, and awesome lap pool. The gym area is as good as a lot of stand alone gyms. Lots of BBall courts. Great place.

Traveled from page AZ to take my children to a indoor pool and we loved it! Had the option to go outside and dry off and play in the splash pad. Loved the different options for my children of all ages!!!!

Clean and generally good. The lifeguards watch the kids. The only bad experience I had was cutting my foot in the lazy river one time. I also wish they were open longer on Saturdays too.
