Was told I could not make a reservation because Monday night is "family night" But there would be lanes avalible if I come at 6pm. Got there at 5:40 and was told all the lanes except one was reserved to customers although I was not even given the option to reserve because of "family night." Got the one lane and was told I would get the surrounding lanes once they became avalible. The surrounding customers left and I still had to remind the employees TWICE that they promised me the surrounding lanes! The employees had no solution to my reservation problem besides "oh it must have been Michelles fault" then I was told I would only be charged for the more expensive lane ($43) but I ended up being changed for both lanes without notification or signing for the second ($80 total). Horrible service horrible employees no customer satisfaction would give negative starts if I could. They provided no solution to my reservation problem besides blaming another employee. They did not even clean the second lane they promised me! we had to move the previous customers dirty dishes out of the way to sit down. I am honestly questions if the employees even worked there or were random people off of the street! They had no clue what they were doing! Please dont waste your time or money with this bowling ally! Drive to silverdale!

Good bowling alley but our lane kept jamming up. The bartender is very nice and knows her drinks she has to offer. Simply tell her how you want something to taste and she can whip something up. The gentleman at the rental counter were ok but they seemed to not enjoy being there or had a million other places they wanted to be. On Friday and Saturday however the DJ they bring in is very talented. He provides a family friendly atmosphere while avoiding boring older groups who enjoy listening to bands such as "3 Days Grace" or "Breaking Benjamin". If you are a country fan he has a little something for you too.

I came here with my husband and our three very small children as we LOVED our experience here at this bowling alley. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and priced fairly. There are automatic bumpers that come up for the children and they have easy-to-use electronic controls. If we lived here, we would come all the time.

had a great time bowling here, the lanes are very well maintained and the staff was very polite and helpful. there is a bar/restaurant at the bowling alley that was also well maintained, the menu was limited when we were there but that was only due to renovations.

The alley itself is clean and friendly. You can order drinks from the attached restaurant and its also a great place for a quick meal. Food is average dinner fair but the staff is friendly and always willing to suggest their most popular items

There restaurant is ok. I take my kids bowling here sometime and the lanes are nice. Couple times a month I pop in and let me kids spend 20 bucks at the arcade. They love it and you get tickets that you can exchange for prizes.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat, something small before meeting others. Service was nice enough but a small saucer of lettuce that was called a salad was nearly $5, so was a corndog! Outrageous! Will not be back.
