Provides administration offices for the Riviera Home owners Association which encompasses 1/2 the small island. Nice public meeting room for rent but no WiFi. 9 hole golf course next door and small restaurant across the street.

Im quite satisfied with food & drinks. Service sometimes a bit suspect, especially when its very full. Having the football & Mariners games is very cool. Awesome views on deck & inside. Price is good.
