I grew up in Aberdeen in 50s and 60s. So fun to learn some of the interesting history of how and when Aberdeen got its start. I was young when I lived in Aberdeen so didnt much care about the history but as a senior adult, it was fun to hear of its colorful history and learn things about it that I never knew. This is a quality museum for a small town. We signed up to do the historical walking tour. If you have a chance to do the tour, it is well worth it! Many thanks to our tour guide, Charlie Choker!

A pleasant surprise. Interesting dioramas and replica stores, church, school and more. Great firetruck! Much more than artifacts in museum cases. Well worth seeing.

Great place to learn of the history of our area. I stop in often to see the new exhibits. I have also had dinner at an anniversary party, it was a fun experience.
