We went on a Friday. It was a great day. There was almost no line to get in. The prices were reasonable for adults, but a little on the steep sides for a little kid (our 3 year old daughter cost around $11). The wave pool was fun and we didnt have to rent any tubes. The water slides were also fun and the lines were not long. My average wait was 5 minutes. The best part of the park was the little kids area. There were two pools my daughter could stand up in and two water slides she could ride. Her slide had almost zero wait and it was a pleasure to see how proud she was to do it by herself. We left to eat lunch and then came back in without a problem. The lifeguards were on it; they were very observant, calm, consistent, and even helped clean up the park now and then. The only bad things about the day were that the wave pool was a little crowded early on and at the end at the day the wave pool did not run as often we expected. All in all, I highly recommend it and I am very, very critical. Not dirty, overcrowded, or out of control as others have suggested.

I spent $5.00 at the batting cage. This was not a great investment. There are nine cages, and only three of them were completely operational. The problems ranged from small matters like errant pitches and pitches that did not reach the batters box, to more serious issues. I was drilled in the leg by one pitch while standing at the very back of the box. This came after I deftly avoided another errant pitch. I also had to ask for another token, after I wasted one on a pitching machine that was simply not working. The batting helmets and bats are adequate. In short, dont utilize the batting cage. At best you wont recoup your money and at worst youll be injured.

Dont bring your kids-theyll never forgive you! This may be the worse park in the country. Staff are rude, The place filfty dirty. Synteric carpet that gets zizziling got. There are not enough umbrellas to protect you from the brutal heat coming from the plastic carpet and the concrete. I found an unrelated laying by a fence and I opened to protect my three year old, a guy came in and rudely took it and toused back to the fence. Overly crouded and filfty dirty wave pool and constantly harrassed by the lifegard! Save yourself from the worse day you could possibly plan.

Iam Very Very disappointed in the lack of Communication between the visitors and the lifeguards at the Great Waves pool. The lifeguards were asked multiple times about when the waves were going to get turned on and they couldnt tell us. Where as I asked I was told by one of the other ones who werent guarding the pool and she answered they come on every ten mins. Id appreciate it they were better staff to visitor communication. Signed a first time visitor on a somewhat unpleasant experience...

I normally enjoy these batting cages, but not tonight. The tokens arent aways accepted. You have to bang on the machines to get it to accept the tokens. All that work to get the pitching machine to start. When you think youre good to go, youll be lucky if you get more than two balls to hit per token. So frustrated. The staff has tried to go into the cage to fix it. But nothing works. This place used to be so much better.

We love Cameron Run. For the pool lovers, Cameron Run is an upscale day at the pool for all ages. From the water slides to the wave pool and kiddie pool, all ages are guaranteed to have a great time. The batting cages used to be good... but now they are barely functional. I started in cage 1. After the last five out of 14 pitches were blank (the mechanical arm moved, but no ball came out), I moved to cage 3. The coin machine needed to be shaken, punched or even kicked in order to get it to accept my token. Not a fun experience.

Concessions horrible lines out the door at the sand which shop. I bought the $6.50 mug w $1.50 refils only to go across the park to the pizza stand where they had no fountain drinks -- waste! People were waiting upwards of 30 min in the heat for cheap food. No rush to go back!

I hate pools, simply because they are boring. But the Great Waves pool is the exception...lots of fun floating in the waves on an tube or simply treading water. A tip: while there are a lot of lounge chairs for sunbathing, get there before Noon on the weekends to secure one.

Only one slide was any good, the food was a bit overpriced, and the wave pool was good when it was running, but every 2 minutes they turned it off and it was 15 minutes before they got it going again. Overall, its definetly not worth the hike and I would not come back.

I havent been to Cameron Run in about years and recently decided to take my 7 year old son. We had a really good time, especially in the wave pool. Nice place to take your family for a full day of fun! Beats spending the day at Six Flags in my opinion. A+

This facility or This Wave Pool was great my grandson had a marvelous time this is where we had his birthday party I had my eight month old grandson in the water and it was wonderful definitely recommend this for families the prices were very reasonable

Nice park, had fun, little tiny though; only a couple of really good slides and most of times rlthere would be a long line. The waves pool is nice. Good for a family and kids.

Good place to go for a run. I like to start here and head towards Holmes run. Not bad for a run even in the heat, because there is a good amount of shade.

No shade at all...unless your one of the lucky ones to grab an umbrella...for the kids...its great!! Cafe on grounds...sell pizza etc...Dippin Dots etc....

Mini golf had bird poop all over the greens and sidewalk. The lawn hadnt been cut in quite a while.
