If you are thinking about taking your kids here for an hour or so to play, sure go for it, kids seem to love the bouncing. However, if you are thinking about throwing your kid a birthday party here, DO NOT DO IT. I just came home from my sons birthday party that was a complete disaster, embarrassing, and cost me a lot of money. This company’s system for birthday parties is completely illogical and could be improved enormously with a little common sense. Here is how they do things and how they can improve. They book your party for a 2 1/2 hour time period. Then, make you spend the first 1 1/2 hours just bouncing and you cannot even be in the room yet. The last hour you finally have in the room. Are you kidding me? These kids are going to bounce for an hour and a half? This was completely awkward and boring with all the adults sitting around waiting, waiting, assuring the children who were tuckered out a half an hour in to just “keep playing, we can’t have pizza yet, we can’t do presents yet”. Then, you finally get in the room and the customer serve is not up to par, and the room is not up to par. There was no place for parents to sit so those who did not want to sit outside the room just awkwardly stood around to the side. Then, after finally getting into the room expecting to eat pizza, open presents, and do cake, we ended up waiting for our pizza an extra half an hour. So after these poor kids played for an hour and a half and were starving, they had to wait an additional half hour. We ended up giving them cake first just so they didn’t starve. This was so embarrassing. I ended up just standing around waiting again and apologizing to the parents for the chaos and their starving child who we then gave cake for dinner. After cake we started opening presents, then were interrupted because the pizza finally arrived which shifted all the starving kids attention to PIZZA IS HERE! MUST EAT PIZZA. Then these poor kids scarfed down their pizza and parents took their kids and left. The time spent in the room we paid for was a complete joke. On top of this bad experience our host also forgot to do the Kangaroo mascot and hand out the party favors. What they need to do is allow you to use the room the entire amount of time. This way you have the choice of doing whats best for your situation. You can eat first, then play, or play for a half hour, then eat, etc. They also need to have a space for adults to sit in each room. Then, they need to train their staff on practicing better customer service and hosting responsibilites. In summary, although my kids loved the bouncy castles, this place is very poorly run and you can throw a better, cheaper party in your back yard.

This place is great! We love coming here, especially in the winter when my toddler just needs to get out some energy. Compared to other bounce house places Ive been to, its wayyyy cleaner and nicer. There are a lot of inflatables, and if you go during the school day your little kids will have hardly any competition--thats my favorite time to go! There are couches and chairs for parents to sit on. It feels nice and open and I like that theres natural light. I also really appreciate that they let parents watch for free. The one downside is that they dont allow outside food or drink (and with little kids....snacks are going to be inevitable). I understand that, but their food options are pretty crummy. Id love if they had like Costco pizzas or something a little more filling to purchase there (they have pizza but its like an off-brand, microwavable type). Also, the owner is nice but hes a little passive-aggressive. He tries to come off friendly but I can tell hes watching everybody like a hawk. He even came over and told me that my daughter needed her diaper changed.....it was slightly wet? Okay? Ill admit that I prefer when other employees are working because they dont seem as uptight, but I can understand that he wants to keep the facility nice. All in all I like this place and would recommend it.

9 bucks to have your kid play safely for hours with other kids? Yes, please. We showed up about 3 hours before closing on a Wednesday and it was the perfect time. Our kid met some new friends, she overcame her fear of heights on the super tall slide, and was CRASHED OUT by the end. We ordered a cheese pizza and even it was pretty good... the sauce was a little spicy for my kid but my daughter was super hungry so she ate it anyways. Figuring the pizza was 12 bucks, 9 bucks to get in, and adults were free, we averaged a total of less than 2.50 an hour. Thats pretty freaking cheap.

Great place for kids to bounce around at. Its not the cheapest place but adults are free so thats good. You can find coupons on their website and in the calendar with coupons that comes in the mail. The party rooms are ridiculously overpriced and I would never suggest them to anyone though they do look like fun themed rooms. The "bounce houses" seem clean enough, they dont look dirty and Ive seen employees going around cleaning them. Their restrooms are all right and theyve got chairs and couches for people to sit. They do have free wifi.

The only thing that could be better is sometimes other parents, & supervising their children. I watched a kid guard the top of a slide and kick another kid who was trying to climb to the top to slide down, in the face & shoulders until he fell. I told the kid he was a little jerk, & found his parents who didnt care. Thats the only truly bad experience Ive had there. The establishment asks that the children are supervised, & unfortunately they arent always supervised by the parents for one reason or another.

We did my daughters 3rd birthday party here and not only was it super fun for the kids to play on the bouncy toys but the adults had a blast as well! The party room was just beautiful and magical for my little girl and the hostess that was assigned to me was super helpful and helped me put everything together and get stuff out of my car. AND she played with kids almost the whole we were there and they LOVED it!! So much that a couple of them cried when it was time to go haha. Thank you Kangaroo zoo!

Absolutely astounding staff. We brought my young niece here to play and try this place out. She was having a blast until she started playing too rough and hurt herself. She was really upset and then (I believe manager) Stephen came over and did everything he could to try and cheer her up. He also had a band-aid for her. Though her adventures were cut short we will definitely be back and I definitely recommend. The staff really care about the kids and will make your experience enjoyable. Thank you!

We enjoy Kangaroo Zoo and come here frequently. My kids love running around and playing while Im able to relax. The massage chairs are an added bonus, as is the fact that snacks are available. Weve also done a birthday party at Kangaroo Zoo, and I felt that things went very smoothly. Overall, Id say we are given good customer service and treated in a friendly manner when we visit Kangaroo Zoo.
