If it were possible I would put negative 5 stars. Tonight my boyfriend and I spent 19 dollars for two, yes, only two, tickets to see Boondock Saints from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. And that was without food or drinks, by the way. While walking outside after the movie, we overheard someone saying that their car had been broken into, and that this was the second time their car has been broken into at this movie complex. Then, when we got to our car, we found that the back window had been shattered and that some very nice things had been stolen from the back seat. After filing a police report and being told to return to our apartment complex, while waiting for the police to come investigate I called management to ask if they had any surveillance tapes of the parking lot (if they did, I was going to ask that they not erase it in case the police could use it or, more likely, if we could use it, since the police are overwhelmed here and still have not arrived to investigate 2 hours later). Management said there are no video cameras in this parking lot whatsoever. They said there was a security guard who does rounds, but the security guard said they saw/heard *nothing* ... oh, and the security guard was inside the lobby at the time I called. Not in the parking lot which, by the way, is not exactly well-lit. The manager basically said to me that this is just something to be expected during the season and took absolutely no responsibility for the lack of security. If you do choose to spend a lavish amount on average seats in an average theatre with an average screen, just DO NOT GO AT NIGHT! Unless of course you have really good insurance and you *want* your car windows smashed or your car radio stolen!

I used to LOVE this theater. $2 tickets, clean, & usually good popcorn. However, last time I had a very disrespectful encounter with one of the managers. It was late Friday night, we went to see Hail, Ceasar. Only 5 minutes into the actual movie, we had an employee come over & say that we had a noise complaint. It was a couple on the opposite side of the same row. (There were only 10 people in the theater, by the way). They glanced at us & looked away as I scowled at them, because we were just sitting there & even IF we were talking, there is no way they wouldve actually heard us. Im not sure what their deal was, maybe they were drunk, but they went and were yelling at the manager and pointing at me saying I was causing problems as I was walking back into the theater from the bathroom. The guard officer on duty knew that they were being ridiculous, but the manager told us, "I dont know what happened in there, but you guys need to quiet down & be respectful of the other people in the theater. If we get any other complaints, youre getting thrown out." He was extremely disrespectful toward me, especially since he admitted himself that he didnt know what had happened. Do what you have to do, but at least be respectful. Very, very disappointed with the example that manager set for his nice employees.

I am only giving 1 star only because there is no option for zero stars. The manager on shift 8/13/2017 in the evening, is very unprofessional. She was very rude and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and as she walked away. This was our 1st and last visit to this place. I went with a group of 7 and we had a 5 year old We all purchased tickets to Baywatch, when we were about to walk in we were told" no children under 7, due to movie being rated R. The clerk that sold us the tickets never bothered asking the childs age. I told the manager their clerks need further training and she said "he didnt see the child thats why he didnt ask the age" to what my response was "and because he didnt see the child is where he should ask" thats when she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I did not see her name but she is Latino descent sloppy hair, as if she just got out of bed and over weight. If she took offense to my comment about lack of training, then she needs to take pride in her job and teach her employees proper ticket sales ettique.

This theater used to be a first-run theater, but showing different movies from the rival AMC Huebner Oaks 24 theater a mile away. When AMC left, Regal bought the Huebner Oaks location, and it became Regal Huebner Oaks RPX 14. I guess in order to avoid competing with itself, the Fiesta 16 started showing second-run movies, finally giving Cinemark a run for its movie. The auditoriums are cleaner, with stadium seating and comfortable chairs, armrests, and high quality picture and sound. The shows are $1.50 or $2.00, and usually arrive 4-8 weeks after they open. Its one of my favorite theatres in the whole city, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a good movie and maybe have some snacks without cashing in the kids college plans.

I started boycotting this theater years ago when the popcorn turned absolutely ghastly and I wrote the management. It got a form letter back saying that they would contact me directly. I never heard back. I live less than 5 miles from this theater. They lost a customer who sees movies on a weekly basis and brings along 3 others at a time. Sad that they just dont care. Finally relented and went back a month ago - the cost was higher than any theater in town, the popcorn was still ghastly and the bathrooms were still poorly arranged and dirty. They DO have the nicest ticket taker in town though, a gentleman who has been there for years. I miss his smiling face - but wont go back again.

The best part about this place is that its not taken over by a bunch of 12 year olds and teenagers running around causing chaos. But, it just seems too quiet. Im actually quite surprised this place hasnt been shut down yet. When I went to this movie theater to see a fairly new movie, my friends and I were the only people in the actual movie, it was quite weird but fun at the same time. I think the people who work here are all mentally retarded plus they always have a police officer at the door watching people, its like they know something is going to happen.

Went to watch Martian 30 minutes till the end a girl comes in sits in front of us bends down and acts like she put something down then looks around and takes off when we take off out of there and she sees us she takes off to the other side of the theater we tell security and tells us someone else told him the same thing from another movie and described the same girl but they THINK its a hoax, dont call police. REALLY what if it wasnt or someone planning something horrible. NOT SAFE need better prodical on what to do, to many lives depend on them

Its a DOLLAR THEATRE - if youre going for some 5 star luxury movie you arent going to find it here. Personally I thought it was great, $2.00 for a movie, fairly clean, comfy seats, not a large crowd (depending on when you go) Thats all I was looking for and thats what I got. Only complaint is that the water is more expensive than the soda ($5.25), but hey when tickets are that cheap they gotta make their money somewhere. The picture and sound quality were the same as anywhere else. Bottom line, cheap movie, great location, why not?
