I debated even writing a review because all in all, it was our wedding day and best moments of our lives. HOWEVER, I feel it’s only fair. First of all, our coordinator did not set up the unity table outside until our guests were already seated because my mom had to remind her. Thank God she did….Then, our mics were off. The DJ told us that the coordinator was supposed to click them on. Never happened, so nobody could hear our vows. Then, during dinner/reception-the slideshow played with a mouse moving and screen up in the background. Not sure if this is the DJ’s fault or the coordinators, but in any event-it looked like a poorly thrown together set of pictures because they weren’t blown to screen size. I also was told that while guests were enjoying the cocktail hour during our pictures, the staff had yet to set everything up for the reception so it looked sloppy. Also was told that our seating chart was on the floor even though I asked Patty to PLEASE set it on a table so that people weren’t crawling to look at it. Apparently, it was set on the table by the time everyone was seated. Then, to make matters even worse, SHE LEFT! Yes, our wedding coordinator that we paid for to be our go to person-LEFT. We still have no idea when or where to. Because of this, our DJ had to rush outside to tell us that we were going to have to do the cake cutting/garter/bouquet toss and last dance all together so that we could high tail it out of there. Wonder who was supposed to keep up with the timeline? She told us from the beginning that while she is not a wedding planner she would be our point of contact and do her best to be sure everything ran smoothly. She was also, to my knowledge, supposed to set up the send off. Because she wasn’t there-the staff lit the sparklers before we had even started our last dance and we ran out. My husband along with my parents and I are not happy with the price we paid and the service we got in return. It’s a beautiful venue, but beware.

I had my wedding at Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club on March 6, 2016 and from start to finish, the day was amazing! Patty had my brides dressing room ready to go as soon as she arrived. I arrived and saw the ballroom beautifully set up in anticipation of the big event. We had the chairs ready to go for the ceremony and when the ceremony was completed, the staff rearranged the ballroom for our reception. Patty Wake was on hand and walked us through the entire event. For someone who isnt a professional wedding planner, she sure acted like one! I am not sure we could have made it through the event without her expertise! The food was amazing and the whole event was definitely a day we will never forget!

Patty, I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful time this last Saturday night! You were great getting everything organized and ready. Your staff that took care of the party, were beyond awesome, polite, prompt, friendly, what other words can I think of :). Im sure you are already aware of how good they and you are. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate it. So many people told me how great the night was. I have received emails and cards in the mail in that regard. My wife and I got married here a couple of months ago and we could not have asked for a better place! The coordinator, Patty, made planning so easy. We booked the club a little over a year in advance, and anything we needed we emaiiled Patty and got a response within 24 hours. Everything that we planned out happened with no issues (stress free for me and my wife), the food was amazing, and the place is a beautiful backdrop for pictures. The wedding of our dreams became a reality because of the staff at the Heritrage Ranch, and Patty. Thank you.

Heritage Ranch was wonderful every step of the way! With only months to plan my coordinator Patty was so accomodating and flexible regardless of my request. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I couldnt have asked for a more beautiful venue and catering staff for my daughters Quinceñera then Heritage Ranch! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!....You all made her day completely magical!

The compliments we received, and there were many, were really meant for you. Tables were decorated beautifully, the food was delicious, and the staff efficient and friendly. Drove in the very crowded parking lot Sat. the 7th looking for a spot to park. Members were unloading their carts and didnt bother to move so I could get through the lot, I drove around them which should have been the first clue not to go in. The Pro-Shop staff was just as rude as the members and wouldnt turn around from his phone to help people. Dont bother to check this place out!

Thank you for the review regarding the wedding, we were looking for golf wedding and that was one of the course, we were going to look at. now we wont, since were older and getting married for the first time, money was going to be a issue. but now we will continue to look. however, i will be golfing there next week. LOL, go figure

This is my goto course if Im going to play and I have been a member of their range facility for a year. Its one of the best public courses youll find in north dallas and the natural grass tees are a rarity in this area. They have a well furnished clubhouse and restaurant onsite. Many beautiful holes and a great walkable layout.

We were married here in 2009 and couldnt have picked a better place! the long open vaulted atrium hallway was the perfect location to walk down the aisle!!! Patty was the coordinator and did an AMAZING job!!! It was perfect, and the food was excellent! We now hold all big events at Heritage Ranch!

Great layout, challenging but fair yardages. Birdies and eagles are out there. Bunkers are all good, and the greens in great shape. Be warned, we did not have cart service (Wednesday round), otherwise get out and enjoy this tract

This is a beautiful track with exceptional greens that are true and extremely fast. Staff personnel were extremely friendly & helpful. Looking forward to playing it again the next time Im in Dallas!

The landscaping is beautiful. There are 100 years old oak trees that they built the road around. One of the best golf courses in the great state of Texas. Very pro military and pro America.

Paranoid residents +55 living only. Staff not helpful or friendly. Most residents are not native Texans. Golf course forgettable. Best to play a round on public course and stay away.

Nice golf course but on the pricey side. Oh with restrictions like every golfer must have their own golf set. Also, beverage must be purchased from there. Read the rules first.
