Katy already has this stadium and now they are spending $70 million to build another one right next door. This when they dont have enough money to get rid of the roach infested porta-cabins that serve as classrooms for up to 20% of the children at each and every elementary and middle school in Katy ISD. This is a huge misuse of funds for an organization that is supposed to focus on education.
