The Berry Center had so many graduations scheduled for this weekend that my sons graduation ceremony seemed very rushed. Half of the traditional speeches and recognitions were cut entirely from the ceremony. Immediately after the graduation was over, the 12,000+ of us in the stands were herded like cattle out of two doors on opposite sides of the building while the 871 graduates were released from a mysterious third door. I have been to graduations held at the Berry Center in 2015 and 2016. Usually theres plenty of time to locate your graduate, take multiple rounds/rotations of pictures, chat a bit, say goodbye to family members and be on your way. Unfortunately, that was not the case in 2017. Before we were even able to locate our graduate, we were warned by a Cy-Fair "police officer" with a megaphone to " wrap it up... make it short and sweet because another graduation is scheduled in 15 minutes." It took almost all of that 15 minutes just to find my son. I spotted him just as they started shouting it was time to leave. I grabbed him by the wrist and threw him into a pose with my wife comma and snapped a photograph of the two of them together in front of the Berry Center as I had done with my other two graduates. The officer standing next to me shook his head and turned away from me and sarcastically said "okay... were being nice RIGHT NOW" I stood in front of his face and with the biggest fake smile ever said " thank you so much for being nice, I cant begin to put into words how appreciative I am of you setting aside your time and ego just long enough for us to snap a quick photo to carry out a family tradition. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all of your patience today. I will be sure to write a review about your kindness and professionalism on such a monumental day for my son." Im not sure what happened between 2016 graduation and 2017 graduation, but I feel like my entire family got short-changed today.

Ive only been here for Alief ISD graduations. Been here three times so far. It gets really packed during the time and they block off exit/entrances so you have to enter through a certain way and it gets annoying because of traffic. I recently been there and it was raining. They didnt let anyone in even though people were getting wet and it was a bit cold. Big indoor stadium, enough seats. They have concession stands but I dont think they offer enough to eat decently.

Our event was great. But the staff was very rude. Made us remove our 1month old from a seat. We sat in the back and no on ever came to sit by us. So we were no bother to anyone, not taking anyone elses seat, nor was our baby being loud or fussy. This place is ridiculous. Do not come here, as it is not family friendly.

My first time back in a long time was very nice to be back to see the senerary again, the the building that hasnt change at expect that I have never been inside the arena very huge for the graduation ceremony my time see the inside for my friend to graduate from the cypress district very cool to see that.

I attend Second Baptist Cypress and we met here for many years until our new campus on 290 at the Grand Parkway was completed. The Berry Center was our home and the staff was so professional, friendly and accommodating. I love our new church home but I miss the Berry Center too!

Have been here twice now and it is a beautiful facility. The staff who helped with the show was great and very helpful. Appreciate the concession stand folks had salads and they were tasty but really limp. Would be nice if they had tea because not everyone likes soda.

I was there for a graduation ceremony. There was plenty of room for all the family members in the gymnasium. They moved people in and out of the building in a orderly manner. Parking - there were so many cars that it did take a while to leave the parking lot.

One of the nicest & cleanest School District auditoriums I have ever seen! The layout is well planned and audio system is setup so that there is little or no echo from the acoustics. The air conditioning was working well. Wish all auditoriums were like this

A facility that is well suited for all types of events such as football, basketball, wrestling, soccer, graduations, weddings, family reunions, fashion shows, conferences. A variety of setups make it possible for events of all sizes to be accompanied.

I am a Veteran and was here for the VA clinic. The parking is safe and convenient and the service is excellent. I have no clue as to why so many people complain about the benefits we received for our service time and I for 1 totally appreciate mine.

I saw a concert here and it was great! I felt that even though I was in the back top row that I could see and hear everything perfectly. I would have preferred a bit more leg room as standing up was kind of scary!

It was clean and the A/C made the temperature pleasant and comfortable. If afforded the perfect atmosphere for the graduation activity to take place in an organized manner. Great staff too.

The staff is friendly I go there during the football season. Two of my children graduation event was well organization. I love going to the banquets the food is prepared excellent.

The staff have to work with out lunch.....people on charge have no consideration...........7 or 8 hours working no lunch...next time i call the city of houston and complain...

Parking, stands and all that are fine but I really dont like the artificial turf that they have on the field. Its old and weary so bad for the players playing on there too

Its spacious, lot of parking so thats helpful. Nothing great about it tho. Staff is ok. But its really annoying that the numbers go counter clockwise lol

Good facility on the inside. If you have any major event here amor the parking lot is full the more difficult parking will be as well as disembarkment

This was where I graduated. Super bad traffic/parking around the area whenever theres a graduation ceremony. But, inside the Berry Center is alright.

Lots of room. The way the police released the parking lot was horrible. They only allowed one exit on the west end. Traffic was backed up for miles
