If youre interested in The Gallery, I would walk on. I signed and cancelled my contract within 24 hours. After some delay in contacting me, I was replied to with a "no refund" policy and receipt dated after my cancellation date. Paula read my request to cancel then charged my card and lied to me, saying it had been run when my contract was submitted. This was a lie and also illegal. They are practically impossible to contact. They are always out of town or away from the office. Myself and my fiancees mother tried to contact them daily for two weeks while she was in town to see the venue we thought we were stuck with. Rather than call anyone who tried to contact them by phone, they emailed my fiancee to tell him we can see it anytime. This was after she finally showed up uninvited to see someone. The only man there knew nothing about anything but let her view the place. This was November. My wedding date was in January. My frustration to speak to anyone regarding my day was growing with every unanswered call and email. I finally got a call from Kim while I was viewing another venue. When confronted about the validity of my contract, Kim offered me a full refund and requested a termination of contract notice. I received a delivery receipt for the email I sent with my notice on 12/31/14. It is now, 1/15/15 and no one has contacted me. Their automated reply has changed since so it is obvious they have been back to the office. My booked date has been made available on their website but no refund has been made. I dont trust these people as they have given me no reason to. I am furious. I had to re-plan my entire wedding and move it to March. On top of that, I am having to chase down my money that was never rightfully theirs. I am not cancelling a contract because the contract was never valid. Therefore, my money is due to me and has been due to me since the time they charged my credit card. If you work for The Gallery and have read this review, know that I am trying to contact you. I suggest you contact me in regard to this, ASAP. If you are a bride, find another venue. You wont want to deal with this mess.

I have to write a review and give The Gallery some love! I had my wedding here last month and I am so sad that I do not get to visit anymore for planning. None of the pictures online do this place justice, it is absolutely stunning!! So many beautiful spots to take photos as well, our guest could not get enough of it. The staff is awesome!! Paula is fantastic and very accommodating. She really wants your wedding day to be spectacular! She goes above and beyond to make it happen. I read a few reviews saying that she is hard to get a hold of. I did not experience this at all. I always emailed The Gallery and received a response within 24 hours Tuesday - Thursday, when most wedding venue offices are opened. We used most of the The Gallerys vendor preferences and we were NOT disappointed! If you are seeking the perfect wedding venue, make sure to visit The Gallery :)

Not sure if I get the permission to use the pics of the bride and the groom lol, but anyways its a nice, quaint place to hold your wedding. The wedding was held outdoors, which is quite atypical in such H town climate. The corner can hold 200+ people, but people at the back roll can barely hear anything. So I wont compliment there acoustics. Inside the house has two stories, the first floor can hold 20 big round tables with a decent dancing space, and the upstairs is a bar. The Gallery has a vendor list, so u cant pick whichever vendor you like. In general, the Gallery is able to give u a memorable wedding!

Paula & Eboni were great! As a man, I had no desire to be involved in the wedding planning process. But these 2 made it fun and easy. The venue speaks for itself - so much character, super classy and built for social interaction. We really didnt need to decorate much at all! Its the most unique wedding venue Ive been to and SO glad we got to celebrate our marriage here.

I was invited to a friends wedding. The structure was like a classic movie set. I couldnt believe I was actually in Houston. If I had enough time, Id take a tour of this place. Parking tips: guest lot is in the rear. The sign is kind of hard to see, especially at night. Drive slowly until you see the end of iron fence and the beginning of commercial area.

Our wedding was on 03.26.16 at the Gallery. Paula is absolutely lovely and great to work with. The venue is beautiful and she is very flexible. Thank you for a smooth, fun event! I appreciate you!

This is a great venue. Many opportunities to do events of various Natures. Truly great place to look around and see how you could use the space benefit your party giving
