This was the worst experience I ever had with an online purchase. I ordered a mini driver with graphite shaft for my son for Christmas. We opened gifts on Christmas eve and the shaft was broken in half. It was not packed well and the box was flimsy enough to bend in half and break the shaft. My son is a grown man but the weird look on his face when he saw the broken in half gift is etched on my brain. I felt terrible. Accidents happen I can understand that...Im ok with this so far. The company was very prompt handling my complaint and offered to send me a new one with a return shipping label to send back the broken one. The new one comes on December 30 (I know this sounds like BS but its my sons birthday now and I am excited that when he comes to my house I will have the replacement for him. Right away I notice that the box has the same damage as the first box and seems to be taped up. I open the box....same thing again broken in half and no shipping label in the box. Judging from the way the box was taped up I am assuming that there was a shipping label in the box at one time, but it is now on the floor of some UPS truck somewhere. So long story short...my son got a broken gift for Christmas and for his birthday and it cost me $13.00 to mail back the 2 broken shafts. The company seems ok and has offered me a refund but this was such an annoying situation a refund doesnt make up for it. This company needs to ship in much stronger boxes.

I purchased a Callaway XR Driver 3 months ago from Dallas Golf through Ebay. I finally got out to use the club which was used but in good condition. After one round of golf the club had 2 large dents, one on the top of the club and and one on the toe. The other two dents were on the face of the club. I found this odd since I am a regular golfer and have owned several drivers. I thought that this must be a defective club or a fake club. After I contacted Dallas Golf they blamed me for damaging the club and said they would never sell a defective or fake club. I have sent three subsequent emails that have all been unanswered. Being in the service industry myself I find this lack of customer care disappointing. I believe since this company does business over the internet they are attempting to hide behind the fact they will not likely have a personal visit from their customers. I would like to know if someone at this company is willing to correct this problem.

Be careful with them. You will think you are getting new based on their description, when in fact you are not. They list them as new. But then list 9.5. When you get the clubs, more like a 7.5. They also use STOCK photos. So if you order a right handed set, you could very well be getting a left handed set. Even though the picture shows right handed. They sometimes will list in very small letters rh or lf. But you have to do a careful search to see it. But in my case, was not listed. They offer to take them back. But I would have to pay return shipping. Even though they are MISREPRESENTED. Conclusion, I would stay far away from this company.

Wont go anywhere else for fittings, purchases (except golf balls), or lessons. Brady has spent an enormous amount of time helping me out, and has really shaped my game -- and made it a ton more fun. Coming from a poor fitting experience previously I was skeptical, but the results speak for themselves. On top of this, unlike some other places (Club Champions), the prices are extremely reasonable, and the turn around time for getting clubs built is great. Really just a wonderful experience, and I look forward to the next set of lessons.

I Ordered a custom Adilia shaft, and I added a handful of requests as to how I would like it set up (Witch can be very tricky when ordering on line). They put it together exactly as requested with no question. They really know their way around custom fittings and thier expertise was very appreciated when my product arrived. Horrible customer service, be careful when doing business with this shady and unethical group. They literally stole 2 sets of clubs from me and basically told me to bad!!! Absolute criminals
