Ive only been at AT&T Stadium for WrestleMania 32 so I cant say what its like for a regular Cowboys game. But for our first experience at this stadium it was a bit disappointing. The line to get into the stadium was HUGE (see my picture). And that picture only shows you the halfway point (We started our wait in line around Randol Mill Rd). To make it worse, it was a bright clear upper 70 to lower 80 degrees day with no shade in most parts. Also, it was a bit confusing for those of us who were here for the first time. You see, they only let certain sections in on certain sides of the arena. So for some they had waited a long time in line to find out that they needed to walk all the way around the arena and wait in another huge, hot line (Thankfully we accidentally got in the correct line from the beginning - C section can enter through the East side). As far as the purse size complaint Ive seen, there were some signs around warning people, news had reported info, and I feel like I got a email about the policy. But for those who didnt get this info (or thought they had brought a small enough purse); you can imagine their frustration from waiting in line for about an hour and bring told that they have to go to the back because of a slightly too big purse (we saw a woman nearly consider throwing her purse away). Oh, the reason for the long lines? They only had 4 lanes open for our side of the arena. 4 lanes for half of a arena that holds over 100,000 people... (Yeah, people were pretty unnerved when they reached the gate and were shouting at the poor employees having to deal with this mess). When we got in, the arena looked AMAZING. Unfortunately we didnt know what else was in store for us. We ended up almost walking around the entire arena because of misleading signage, we had a hard time understanding where our section was at first (we were accidentally in the section next to the one we were supposed to be in), we had seats 16, 17, 18 which put us close to an aisle but we would get lost trying to find out seats (see other picture of signage), and finally ended up with seats (section 449, row 22, seats 16, 17, and 18) that were right under the air conditioning vents. So... we spent (nearly) 5 uncomfortable HOURS in constantly cold blowing air. So about 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 80 degrees line then about 5 hours in probably 65 - 70 degree (and Im probably being generous about that temperature) chilly air. Awesome... This experience will definitely play a part in how soon well decide to come back.

Went to the Chesney concert, I had paid for and printed off the $35 pass to park in Lot #10, the lady at the street was helpful, friendly and tore off the needed pass. I asked about handicap parking, she pointed me up the main aisle, here is where things went downhill. The woman up towards the front of the lot saw my parking pass and said, "this is no good for parking, you have to go to a pay lot ad pay your $40, this just gets you into the lot." I told her "do you even hear what youre saying?" It makes no sense, the purpose of printing it off early was to save me $5 and speed things up. We went on for another couple minutes, and she actually called Security on me. I explained again, this time to them and I finally got thru to them, and was allowed to park. Makes me wonder how many people she had cowed out of parking. She actually said, "yeah we have new people at the street and they dont know what theyre doing". Are you kidding me? We had great seats, C137 in the wheelchair section, as I am in a chair. Man, what a maze it was to find the way to those seats, and most personnel though very friendly, were not sure of how to get me to the correct place. It turned out we went to the floor level, and went thru an unmarked door, to find a small, person Lift to take me back up the ~10ft to get to my seat. I got in the lift, the staff person pushed the button and I moved about 8" and stopped. And I was stuck there for the next 25 minutes, as the safety door would not lock. There was a flurry of activity by numerous people, as the "call for help" kept getting elevated to other staff. Finally a couple of maintenance guys removed some piece and realigned it or something, but got it working. I was fuming by this time, as I could hear the music but all I could do was look up thru this tunnel to the ceiling and I had a hard time enjoying myself. I do want to say that all the Staff were very nice and trying their hearts out to get me moving. One name that I remember was Liliana, she was the attendant at the top of the lift, and she kept calling down to me and trying to keep me sane, and apologizing profusely. Kind of a tough first time visit to Cowboy Stadium.

Where do you even begin with this place?! I was recently there for the highly anticipated wrestlemania!!!!! For a year this location has known it would hold 100k people, you would think they would have planned for that! Gates were suppose to open at 3, our gate didnt open till almost 4. We had stood in line since about 12:30 so we had a great place in the line. Apparently AT&T doesnt guarantee its stadium wifi because the wifi went down and stopped all scanning of electronic tickets! We did not get through the gate until 5:43 p.m they literally scanned 100k + people one by one with a metal detector! Once in the doors they were also unprepared for the mass amount of people trying to get down to the ground seats, which people paid hundreds if not thousands of dollars for. We were all pushed through a small ramp like cattle that again took hours to get down too. At some point they were requiring a wrist band which not a single staff member could tell you were to get that! The table set up for wristbands ran out and they didnt have a plan b! We literally saw being passing out, having panic attacks, I saw children being shoved & trampled on. It was a horrific site, scary and so unsafe! You could literally feel the ground moving! The staff was so rude and had no idea how to get things under control. We finally made it down to our seat at 630!!!!! At that point the staff couldnt even assist us finding our seats they shrugged their shoulders and said "that section isnt on the map" As the show went on we watched security and other staff members sit on the stairs and watch the show!!!! Completely horrible experience! Concession stands were out of everything! They charged $60 for parking on top of it all! I will never step foot in this stadium!
