We are visiting Memphis for our sons birthday. We spent approximately 160.00 for the worse day of our lives. The place is horrific. Most of the games and "attractions" were broken. No one notified us of how broken everything was. The arcade has zero variety with over priced crap. The opportunity to win tickets is little to none which is normal, but, when you have such a horrible selection and games, I hoped you could win more than a couple of tickets on the one or two tickets on the ones that werent broken. The go karts at the start of the "race" werent even turned on, so one car went and halfway around the other one kinda went and then the last one was able to go. Therefore the fun in the race was skewed. Did we get to go again? No. Of course not. Total waste of time, money and energy. Do not bother. Ever heard of incredible pizza? Go there. Better yet, stay at home and watch paint dry, thats easily 100 times more fun.

This establishment was fun until the General Manager decided it was a good idea to send one of his employees to blow off the course with a gas powered leaf blower. This is when my family had to yell at each other in order to talk to one another. Then when I complained the employee didnt say sorry instead he only indicated that his manager told him to do it. Then the manager didnt say sorry he only said it was the idea of the general manager & then the general manager said that was his idea & would keep doing it in order to keep the course clean. No one took responsibility & it took me saying I would not come back in order for him to say sorry. Not worth the money if thats how they want to do their business. While I am sure this wont stop any typical Memphians from going at least I have said my peace.

We really enjoyed going to the Gold and Games Family Park. We went on a Monday and it was pretty slow. The putt-putt was fun, but not very decorated as far as decorations around the courses or as far as decorations on the different holes, though they do have 3 different difficulty levels. The arcade was fun, but it was frustrating that you have to buy cards in $5 increments and the games differ on price such as 1.35, 2.10, etc which means it can be difficult to make sure you use all of your money. The employees were not very engaged and didnt have the best attitude but were still helpful when engaged.

Staff was sooo unfriendly!! A bunch of young kids that could care less about families. Most of the rides were not even staffed! So our kids couldnt go on them even though we spent $82 on our package. The arcade games were way over priced you might can play 3 games for $10. Then at the ticket booth they have the wrong prices posted for prizes. A prize listed for 250 tickets rang up 350 tickets and they said " o well"! We made the best of the experience for our kids. This could be a nice fun place with the right staff but they were just horribly rude and understaffed as well.

The employees are very nice and love to work with the customer to find the best package for the customer. Any issues that arise management tries their best to fix it. Although outside seems closed down it is actually very apparent that they are open (unless extreme rain), all of the outside workers just remain down at the big track for safety concerns which is reasonable. I really enjoyed the family fun atmosphere and the kids couldnt get enough!

We were in town visiting family and decided to head over to Golf & Games to let the kids blow some off energy and they had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price is $25.00 per wristband plus another $8.00 for Lasertron, so we spent about $200 but overall a decent value considering everything in the package. Go-karts, game room play, miniature golf, baseball cages and Lasertron.

I went to this place on a Tuesday night and even though the place was dead me and my friends just wanted to play some games. The staff allow us to put money on there cards and then we get into the game area and all the games are messed up. Either they are not giving tickets or just not working period. Therefore we completely wasted our money on this place and they didnt reimburse our money at all.

This place is great for having fun. I enjoyed playing golf and riding the go-carts. They have an arcade, batting cage, and much more. Unfortunately I couldnt do all the activities. The staff was friendly. This place does need to be renovated in some areas. Yet, I still recommend this place for anyone looking to have fun with their family and friends.

An incredible place to take your kids. The staff is outstanding. The young women at the front were very sincere and sweet to me and my family. They helped us with all our problems which we had little to known. They even interacted with my children. Gave them tickets. I advise you to go whenever you are bored and have free time.

Pricing was good. Menu had a good selection. There are plenty of activities. Inside its really crowded though because the building itself is rather small. And the eating area is way too compact. And having to cross a busy parking lot to get to the outdoor activities is dangerous. There is no real crosswalk or anything.

Love this place. Saturday morning starting at 8AM, you get unlimited golf, 2 attractions, small soda and popcorn, $8.50 in games for $8. Great deal. It keeps us busy for hours. They have other specials throughout week. Docking one star because it needs a coat of paint, but the place is clean.

It was a great time nice and clean, lots of different games to play in arcade and up to date games mini golf course was nice batting cages were down, go carts were kinda running ruff but the went, spent $65 but we were there for a couple hours... Great for kids

We had a great time we played mini golf and it was a nice course and fun. Just a little hot due to the lack of shade. We did the go karts and had a blast with them also. There are plenty of games (if u are into video games) plenty of fun for the entire family.

Slightly run-down and older, but theres tons for kids to do, and a great place for families to spend a night out! Good food, 3 putt putt courses, awesome selection of games in the arcade, and batting cages, bumper boats, go-karts and more! We loved it!

Yes golfing games have wheelchair accessories they have also of stuff at there for kids and they have batting cages go cars Laser Quest you name it they have it its a great place to go to when you having a childs birthday party

The first time the family and myself went there, we were invited by another family member and had a blast, had to pull the kids away kicking and screaming . Going back today on a work picnic outing. A must go place in Memphis.

I went to the park recently and had a GREAT time on the go-karts and playing lasertag. I will definitely be returning in the future. The ropes course looked really cool but I did not have enough time to do it.
