I usually enjoy this place, although most of the workers are a bit rude. Last night, however; I was very disappointed in their staff. My boyfriends son a Cerebral Palsy (birthing incident) and only has use of one hand. When I ordered his water, I asked for a cup, lid and straw to go with his bottle since he cant screw and unscrew the bottle lid- they refused! They said they werent allowed to give cups and lids on the weekends. WTH? And why is this a weekend rule? I explained the situation to no avail. Not only did his rudeness grow with my obvious aggravation- but he was simply unreasonable considering the circumstance. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and willingness to provide the simplest of items to accommodate a disabled child.

Ive never even been to this place before, but I called about visiting for my birthday and Jimmy was completely rude to me. I realize that their party packages have an 8-person minimum and I told Jimmy that I knew as much. My party is only going to be including 4 people, so I asked Jimmy what he could do for me and he said, "nothing. Open Bowling Lanes are first come, first serve." He remembered to rudely remind me not to bring any outside food in and then asked, "is that all?" No, Jimmy. Thats not all, but if you insist on spurning your potential customers by being completely unfriendly, unsympathetic and unhelpful, then I will take my business to your competition. Have a nice life, Jimmy.

We had my daughters 15 bday there. We did cosmic bowling from 10-1am. The kids loved it! The place is clean And the employees are very nice and helpful. They dont do reservations Friday night so I was nervous about getting two lanes next to each other. The guy at the desk told me to call and see how busy they were. I called and he said they had 1hr wait for a lane. We got there around 8:45 and put our name on the list. It was 1 he and he called us for a lane. The kids were just arriving. Perfect timing. They all had a blast. So fun. Would def go again. Just takes a little pre planning. I also felt safe. No bad characters or anything like that.

Well, the disappointment is palpable. Last night, just 30 minutes before league was to start, we got news that our league was bumped for another group. We only knew this because some friends got there early-while kids were being dropped at babysitters. The owner of Franklin Family Fun Center disregarded our long relationship with the facility and gave no apologies or solutions to try to keep that relationship. Shorter version-we have no bowling on Mondays at this facility. Frankly, some of us are no longer interested in giving them another dime even though our families have bowled there for years and hosted birthdays there.

During the weekend of March 26-27 2016 my boyfriend & I visited this bowling alley. We did the "bowl for two hours shoes included for 10$ a person" the alley was clean & staff was helpful expect for the game room. The man behind the area for prizes was very rude & it was very obvious he didnt like his job. While we were there a lady had came up to the counter to ask him a question & the man didnt even look at her to answer. Although this was just our experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a outing with the family. Make sure you call because apparently they always have great deals for different days.

This place is terrible. The old man behind the counter was rude. There were six open lanes and he told us they were reserved. So I asked if we could make a reservation for later on and was told they dont do reservations!!! So I asked again to use the open lanes since they arnt reserved, because they dont do reservations. He told me no and that I needed to leave. I work home health and had my individuals with me. He not only was rude to me but upset them. Do NOT go here.

We had one of our childrens birthday get together here. We didnt do an official party since we had a small group. The unlimited bowling during cosmic bowling time was very nice especially with the shoe rental included. Staff was friendly but sometimes distracted and appeared to be short staffed. Arcade is a little pricey and there were no specials there as compared to another relatively local competitor. Place seemed clean and safe.

The old man working the register should retire. I understand his life is terrible, being an adult in the late stages of his life and having never done a single worthwhile thing but work the register at a bowling alley. But that doesnt mean he should TRY to ruin the evening for paying customers. I strongly recommend NOT bringing children to this place.

Lanes are in great shape. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Mini-bowling and arcade games add to the atmosphere. Food is really good and they often have beer specials. Prices are high for the area, though... There are many less-expensive bowling options elsewhere in the Nashville area.

Its one of the best bowling centers to be found in middle Tennessee bar none . The Pro Shop is top notch & they had the absolute best mechanic anywhere before he passes away , he could fix anything & went far above any customers expectations , a really great guy !

The cosmic bowling was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the arcade is pretty expensive. Also make sure you call ahead to check for open lanes. Sometimes they may be filled because of tournaments or birthday parties.

I would give them zero stars if i could.The employees are very rude!!! they told us to get up when we had a reservation before them. They dont allow outside food. Which ruined my brothers birthday. They have pizza all over the floor. Im never coming back.

Apparently when you call and ask them if they have pool tables, the guy doesnt have enough common sense to tell you all the info. I asked if they had pool tables. He said yes. We get there, and they have them put away. Ignorance is bliss.

As a place for kids birthday parties, this place is terrible. In short they screwed up the lane reservations, the food, and the party room reservations. It was a disaster. Come here to bowl but dont bring your kids here for a party.

Place is awesome! 2 workers were SO RUDE THOUGH. The one at the front giving shoes was really nice and helpful but 2 of the workers were so rude and negative. We spoke to them multiple times and they ignored us!!! Over it

Shoe size is always iffy, but I had shoes where one was too tight around my toes and the other one was a little to wide. They both said they were the same size though. Other than that, I had a wonderful time bowling here!

Cool place to visit with friends, maybe with family too? Their game gets stuck very often. They take several minutes to fix it. And as soon as you resume your game, it happens again.
