Bought a groupon for 4 burgers, 4 beers and 4 tickets to the dueling piano show. Showed up at 7 ish and ordered the food. 7:50 rolls around and we still had not got our food. The bartender, Adam, was appalled and do everything in his power to make it right (turns out the food was delivered to wrong table and those people didnt say anything, jerks). Anyway Adam bought us a couple rounds of drinks and the food came right out. The burgers were absolutely amazing! Delicious, hot, and juicy. Feeling good and happy when the general manager, Chris, asked us what our plans were for the rest of the night while apologizing for the mix up again. We tell him were headed upstairs so he says hell have a table ready for us. He hooked us up with a spot on the middle of the floor in the reserves section. Bottom line we had an awesome time and these guys went way above and beyond to make a mistake right. Much more than expected. Plus the piano show was a ton of fun. Thanks for the great night!

Loved the girl who worked the day shift. Lilly. But after she left I had my first amendment right infringed upon. Old boy Brian had an issue with me having a political opinion. I got kicked out for hav8ng a calm political debate with a nice couple who enjoyed my company. Dude should be fired. Just sayin. Lilly was very sweet. The rest of the place was awesome. Brian was a dick. Note to all.

The bar was cash only, despite having a modern POS system. But, the bartenders were pretty attentive, friendly, and worked quickly. However, the bouncer did a pretty bad job of keeping the overly intoxicated patrons out, which made for a less than inviting atmosphere inside.

I thought it was hysterical. Went with friends , we had a blast. Still laughing over it. Definitely go there. ..Up 2 flights of steps. Cash only bar, but piano players were hysterical. Is a" dont miss for Newport. And a no brainer at 7 bucks cover, ..

Great music, bartenders, space to dance on the weekends. They have local and national acts on the main stage and DJs in the back bar. $1 drafts dont suck either!

Get with the times and get a credit card machine. If drinks were cheap I would get it or take credit cards and Ill pay 2.5℅. No one wants to carry cash.

Cash only. Bad selection of beer. Place is essentially 3 rooms. They have a shuffleboard table.
