I played 18 holes here. This course is in the worse condition I have ever seen in 15 years of playing the game. The fairways look like they were crushed and burned with a steam roller. The greens are rock hard, and full of holes and marks. After the first 9 I inquired about a refund since the course was in such poor condition, they have a strict no rain checks or refund policy. I can see why, they must get asked for refunds all the time. To top it off the people at the front desk are confrontational and rude. Save yourself 27 dollars and play somewhere else.
Just an embarrassment of a golf course. The staff is extremely rude. The drainage on the course is abysmal; it literally rained for 4 minutes and you would think you were playing on a swamp. Every single sandbox was a lake and the greens were impossible to putt on. It seemed like the staff was more focused on not riding your golf cart on the fairways than actually maintaining their course. I cant believe I pay taxes for this sorry course. Wish I could get my $26 back. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money.
Played the front nine at full price last Sunday to find out as I went that every green was almost completely rotted away. When I asked the girl that took my money to play this dump she chuckled and said oh ya we had an irrigation problem. Save yourself the aggravation and dont waste your money here! Ive never been on a course with greens this bad. Should shut the course down or at least the front (not sure about the condition of the back).
Dont bother going. Seniors can get a season pass for practically nothing, so the course is packed with them all the time. No chance for anyone else to play. Maybe you can get out if you wait around long enough (no tee times). Then be prepared for a 5 1/2 hour round.
Overall nice course. The restaurant on the course is great. The employees in the golf portion are absolutely miserable. I honestly dont know why. If you can get past that its a pretty nice course for the price.
Pleased that we have such a casual and affordable golf course that locates close to the Pittsburgh.
Nice little municipal course, usually in good shape. A lot of play here so plan on a slow round.
Very rude staff and course not in great shape. There are better places for your money around
Said they were open today on their website, drove there and they were closed, bad service
Decent public course. No tee times however so it can get a long line to start playing.
For the money this course is not bad. Just pick your time.... It has as lot of play.
I would compare this to Augusta national nicest course ever known to man
I find TPC sawgrass to be quite inferior to this course
Course was very well maintained and reasonably priced.
Challenging course , well maintained.
not that fond of it
