I have never met more rude staff than the two ladies working at the lower station fare booth. You give Pittsburgh a bad name for the thousands of tourists who visit the incline. Shame on you.

Its a great ride on one of the few funiculars. They give change in gold dollars...great for kids. Use caution if person is afraid of heights
