My wife and I bowled at NVBC for the past 2 weeks or so. We were mildly impressed how they maintained the whole center (including the lanes). The maintenance man not only vacuumed the floor but he dusted the gutters as well. The receptionist was very nice and when there was something in the seating area she immediately moved us a few lanes down to make sure we had a good experience. Maybe in the future we will join a league there, schedule permitting.

Terrible experience went there for a night of fun got to out lane and the lane started missing pins then it wouldnt reset after a bowl so we had it fixed 4 times then after that it messed up again at this time I was just ready to go asked for a refund and they told me no then after debate only refunded the game we played poor service poor experience please do not go here staff is very rude

Had a Great time!! Very friendly and helpful. My wife, Daughter and Grandson and my Mom went to bowl for my Moms birthday. So I asked if I could bring in a homemade cake and without hesitation the lady said yes. The staff at the snack bar were nice and the food was perfect. Definitely going back a lot more. Thanks again. a nice big bowling alley, they have multiple rooms for rent for parties. you dont have to have a bowling party either, there was a baby shower there and a 40th birthday, we hosted a kids party for 20 kids & a few adults. there are games a pool table a large snack bar with many options and also a bar for those over 21.

Bowling alley was okay, the balls were a little "worn", shoes equally as worn. Bar had no draft beers the night we were there, snack bar took 20 minutes or more to get a pretzel, front desk service was rude. I wouldnt go back here.

worste bowling alley ever they ripped me off and they are bad for business and are bad to there workers and customers I do not prefer them ever again to anyone and the USBC tournament runners ripped me off

Had some family fun on a Friday afternoon. Fun little place, but the old equipment robbed me of two spares. Called em 9s. This bowling alley does have an awesome "Rolling Stones" themed pinball machine.

Constent break downs. Hole on the approach of lane 30 unrepaired for weeks. It ripped the sole of my bowling shoes during league bowling this week. Wonderfull to destroy equipment.

The lady at the counter was one of the most rude and obnoxious person I have ever talked too, gave us an attitude for no apparent reason at all, I will never go back here

The lanes were pretty dirty, equipment that was previously clean came back dirtier than most houses. The food was ok but kind of on the expensive side.
