Planned a destination wedding in Charleston and rented out part of The Alley on a Friday night to host a party for all of our guests. We rented their upstairs meeting area, 4 bowling lanes and side meeting area containing 2 bars. The service was excellent all night. Carrie, the event coordinator and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure the party was a success. Anyone thinking of hosting a party with activities (bowling, video games, ping pong) then this is place to do it!!! The food was standard bar food and that was excellent as well.

I had a great time here. It was my family first time visiting the alley. It was my son 17th birthday . He loves to bowl. we usually go to a regular old looking bowling alley. But we will not be doing that anymore. this restaurant/bowling alley is a great place to eat and bowl. the food was great the wing off the chain goodness. the loaded chips my kids loved so much they ordered a box to go.

Best sports bar in Charleston, literally voted #1 sports bar by the people via City Paper & Post & Courier. Nachos & Wings are amazing, great draft beer selection. Happy Hour deals are always great. "So much room for activities" they have bowling (obviously), arcade games, basketball, skee-ball, ping pong. One of the best family sports bars I have ever been too.

I have been here several times and really like this place. Although the last time we went it was around 11pm and we got a bowling lane, but it took 45 min for our server to come over and check on us and it was the only time we saw him. The guy at the bowling lane check in was super nice and friendly and I have almost always had great experiences with the staff here.

Great atmosphere, amazing food. The beer can be a little pricey, but a lot of local beers on draft. Didnt get to go bowling, but played a couple arcade games and watched some college football. Two huge TVs on each end of the restaurant area, friendly waiting staff. Really enjoyable place to get lunch and hang out.

I normally love this place, just be sure to call ahead and make sure the bowling alley is open, last time we called and they were open however they forgot to inform us the actual bowling alley was closed till midnight for a league game. But other than that this place is great

My team took me there this past Thursday. Parking was easy (across the street). Its a small alley with a huge eating area. They have video games, too. Pleasantly surprised to find a bowling alley downtown Charleston. I cant bowl to save my life, but we had a blast!

Delicious burgers. Disappointing to see the prices steadily increase and "$4 Thursdays" dwindle from $4 local beers and burgers to just $4 burgers and now only $4 classic burgers. Used to be the place to be on Thursdays. Good place to watch sports.

Ive been here a number of times. Sometimes we bowl, sometimes we dont. Either way Ive had nothing but good experiences! Probably had a little of everything on the menu and its all good. Those tots keep me coming back I think.

Neat spot. Has 10 lanes for bowling and 3 bars. Decent food and beer selection. Gets incredibly busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Park across from u-haul on King st. Dont park at the Bilo next door, you will be towed!

Great semi-unknown spot downtown. Parking can be a bit tricky, but definitely worth it! Waitstaff was great, and drinks were too. Check the site for free video game night! We will definitely be back!

great place to take the kids where mom and dad can enjoy adult beverages. even worked out as a good place to watch the NCAA regionals (bball) when every other bar in town was packed.

Fantastic arcade selection with a change machine, there is a bowling alley but the group I was with hung out in the loft upstairs and played games downstairs.

Went here for beer after work; charming waitress remembered all our drinks and food orders (there were about 15 of us). A bit of a dive but OK overall.

This is a great atmosphere to just let it all hang loose and unwind from a rough week at work. Parking could use some work tho.
