First off, the wine isnt bad. The customer service, however, is very poor. We bought a Groupon for a "VIP wine tasting", and received exactly the opposite of that. My husband and I both left quite offended. We regularly go to wine tastings and have never experienced anything like this. After discussing the situation outside for a couple of minutes, I decided to go back in to explain to the owner what we saw and why he lost our business. I waited for a few minutes as he chatted with a customer and ignored my return, but eventually I concluded that he had no intention of wrapping up that conversation and repairing the damage he had done so I left again. Just be warned, the owner seemed to think he was the VIP and his customers were merely there to feed his ego and fill his pocket. It is not worth your time or money.

My wife and I enjoyed a tasting of several wines from Thorn Hill. We had the pleasure of meeting Lori and she was very accommodating. She explained all the wines very thoroughly and was very professional in her presentation. I personally enjoyed the volcanic cab as it had a unique body that I have never had before. My wife like the Pinot Grigio. Definitely better than Santa Margarita. I would definitely recommend visiting their Lancaster Pennsylvania location. Their wine club is respectably priced and I might mention that they do have an art gallery with some interesting pieces.

As someone who knows wine, I havent had a bad experience here. Every wine Ive had, regardless of whether Id buy it or not, has been enjoyable. The individuals doing the tastings have been knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. This place is a great find, for wine enjoyers of any level
