We just completed our pond and went to Rainbow to shop for koi. We were very impressed with how informative the store owner was. She spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions as new koi owners, and strongly encouraged us to buy less, not more, saying that we would get to know koi better and perhaps want different types of fish. She seems to truly care about the fish and had great ideas for keeping water pristine. She also had lots of ideas for home remedies for various things. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to build their own pond (wish wed talked to her about UV lighting before we finished) and outdoor fish generally.

WE had bought several inferior pond filters elsewhere when someone recommended Rainbow Pond. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and we bought a liner and a pump. Our pond is clear, our fish are happy and healthy and we are pleased. Nice place to shop. They are reasonable on their prices and have great products.
