Unfortunately, this place has had severe roof leaks for over 15 years, which- duh- leads to mold and poor indoor air quality. The air conditioners and HVAC system must be loaded with mold spores by now, and no, bleach will not kill mold- you must have the building remediated by professionals. I know multiple people who have gotten sick here and have years of medical documentation to prove it. THPRD swept it all under the rug, even though they knew full well they were making their clients and employees sick. One person lost their career due to being exposed to the mold while exercising here and is now on disability. The reason stated by the disability judge? Mold from the Cedar Hills Rec Center.

The receptionist called Jane is completely rude, unprofessional and unqualified for this job! she is unbelievably slow, whenever you ask her something, she rises her eyebrow like youre talking nonsense! she gives you an attitude, dont know why! really think she is doing work that she isnt suppose to do!

Great workout place for the more casual trainee. Space is small and unaccommodating for large groups but is usually low in attendance. Has multiple options of machines and toys for cardio and strength/endurance training. The cost is low compared to an overly decked gym youll never go to.

My family lives just outside of the limits for TPRD which increases the price a lot for a family like mine. (Weird boundaries too.) I am disappointed that we are not able to use the facility and be involved in the community because of monetary reasons.

Excellent friendly staff. They treat you like youre a neighbor. Great gymnasium for hoops, good weight room, great cardio room. I almost never have to wait to use a weight machine and Ive never had to wait for a cardio machine.

The gym is separated into 2 rooms 1 cardio and 1 for weight lifting. They are small but never to busy which is nice. The Zumba and yoga classes here are fantastic! The instructors are great and never disappoint!

Forget the commercial gym. This community rec center has an excellent variety of classes with great instructors and more exercise equipment than, lets be honest, youll ever actually use.

Learning is fun on a bun and done en masse here! Absolutely adore the rec center for every that it provides. All ages, all kinds of classes and that forever "grade school" smell.

The staff is excellent. The kids in daycare dont sit around and watch tv. They are active with board games, go to a fully equipped gym, and can participate in arts activities.

We love this little rec center. My child has attended classes and I have used the exercise facility here. Office has very helpful staff, the place is clean and well organized.

Lessons and group activities good and reasonable priced. Easter egg hunt was expensive and over-crowded disappointment.
