Yes, we looked like dumb tourists...but thats cuz we were. If you want a tour of awesome Portland breweries and get a beer buzz going at 11 in the morning, you gotta do it in style. Our female driver was incredibly friendly and offered a lot of great tips for touring the city. We got flipped off (double fingers!) by a couple of hipsters (I guess for bringing tourist dollars into the city) and honked at once, but we were having too much fun to care. The driver handled it with ease...and thanked us for being so cool about it. I highly recommend this company for any big group traveling to Portland!

It was a fun and quirky experience. Lloyd was an awesome guide, he made the experience entertaining from the start. We pedaled to four different bars and breweries. Even when the streets were busy with cars, the drivers were kind and supportive giving us some cheers or waves. The tour ends at a great tap room with a good Mexican food restaurant next door. This was a memorable adventure and simply a fun way to spend an afternoon exploring around Ladds Addition area, drinking good beers and getting some exercise! Fun enough but also quite pointless. I pay someone to let me pedal the brewcycle around and pay for my own beer at breweries I could visit on my own and I dont get to drink and ride at the same time. Just walk and then you wont be rushed as theres barely time for a drink at each place and forget getting food unless its something instantly ready like french fries.

I booked this beer tour for my group of ten friends during a long weekend in Portland. It was a ton of fun pedaling and playing loud music, while meeting the other people on the tour. Our one complaint was we only had about 20-25 minutes at each stop, which wasnt enough time for everyone to order a beer and drink it all. I sadly left many half full beers behind.

This is a very fun and unique experience! We did the Northwest Route and had a blast! Everyone was from out of town so it was a great way to get out and do something different while experiencing some of the great breweries Portland has to offer. Our guide was fantastic. I would definitely recommend BrewCycle and would like to do it again soon!

We decided to book this as a fun activity for one of our three days while visiting Portland. Most people were in their 20s, early 30s. One older couple. Pedalling was pretty easy. The bike vehicle only goes 7mph max. No drinking on the bike. Can buy beer at each bar. $1 off some bars. Our group was fun and I would definitely recommend it!

I had an awesome time with my friends. We did the old town tour. Theres just enough time at each location to get a pint or a couple of tastings before youre off to the next place. By the end I was pretty trashed (there may have been shots involved at one point). The tour guide, Liem, was hilarious and directed a good time.

The wait to get into 10 barrel too long for you? Then walk next door and get yourself a freshly brewed beer over here. Beertenders are a little standoffish but someone claims thats because theyre more brewers than customer-focused beertenders. They have guest taps too if you want to explore other brews.

Super fun brew tours on a massive 15-seater cycling machine - ride through the streets of Portland in a rowdy group feeling buzzed. Work out the alcohol by peddling the machine forward to your next destination. A must visit for craft beer lovers and anyone looking for a few hours of fun in the city.

We went on a Bachelorette Party weekend and it was the perfect activity -- all of the girls had so much fun! Our driver was super friendly, the bars we went to were great (we went the dive bar route) -- it was the perfect amount of time and got the day kick started nicely :) Thank you BrewCycle!

These tours are always filled with rowdy, screaming drunk people, and follow the same routes without taking into account that people actually live in the buildings they pass several times a day. This may be fun for tourists, but the concept is really annoying for the community.
