The Sanctuary at Washburn Heights is absolutely amazing! This has got to be a photographers dream to take wedding photos here. My finance and I had booked at a local venue in Eugene, but met Ralph at the Oregon Wedding Showcase. The photos in their brochure definitely made us re-think where we were previously looking to book. When you get there, you immediately are enveloped by the beautiful vista view of the Willamette Valley. It feels like youre on top of the world as you stand out on the huge expanse of rich decking. This is a very unique estate. If youre looking now for a wedding venue, look here so you can book soon! I can see this place booking up for the season once the word spreads about this magnificent venue.

Dont let the pictures fool you! The place was not as they advertise. The morning of the wedding we were very RUDELY stopped as we were getting out of the car to start arranging the chairs and tables and doing the decorations. Apparently the 2 do not communicate at all. And if you dont want dog hair in your food, especially the wedding cake you best find another place. They let the large dog and I mean large out of the house and down the stairs and stopped right in front of the wedding cake table and let the kids that were at our wedding pet their beast. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this to place to anyone. Very unprofessional and over priced

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional and also a safety hazard. My daughters wedding was held there last year. We had to clean up dog poop, clean the tables and chairs 200 of them! We visited the site three times prior to the wedding and they promised there would be lighting for the walkway because, it was a night wedding. My mother fell and a few other people also slipped. Ralph the owner was very rude and creepy. They had a "helper" that was creepy as well and, some items went "missing" We paid $3000 dollars for this place! $300 would have been too much!

Such a beautiful place, I got the wedding of my dreams here. But the customer service we got here was so bad that I would never recommend this place to anyone .
