We arrived 15 minutes early for our 6:00 reservations. The restaurant was nearly ¼ full yet the hostess gave us worse table possible. Our table (46) was on the side leading to the outdoor waiter station. Every minute or so they would open the door the take food out (not using the main exit to the nation) or come in letting the cold August air hit us in the face. The other waiters treated our area as a short cut without any regard for our dinning experience. Our waiter (Isreal) was fantastic, he locked the doors without us asking, however the staff kept unlocking the door. We loved our dinner, our waiter, but never again will we eat here. Truly a frustrating night! Kevin wanted to treat me to a special evening out because of a stressful week, the staff failed big time.

Beautiful location right on the water with a spectacular view of San Francisco. Also has a shared parking lot, which is great in the crowded, parking-light downtown area. Though we didnt go with this venue, had a great time working with the on-site planners who were very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond.
