My stay was filled with issues. Main reason for choosing this hotel over others was they had a hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub had been removed and the pool was ice cold. The first room we were put in was grungy and had a bad view so we had to change rooms. In the second room, as I was taking a bath, the maint. man came up because they said they had a leak in the room below...when he was told the bath tub was occupied and to come back later, he tried to push his way into the room saying, he could just pull the curtain closed so he could inspect the bathroom. I believe he had every intention of entering the bathroom while I was in the tub, and was forceful about doing so. We were moved to yet another room because there was in fact a leak in the tub. When we moved to the new room, a fight of broke out in the room above us, it sounded as if the ceiling was about to come crashing down on us. The police arrived and it was a huge situation. The following day, the maint. guy used his card key and barged right into the room. Luckily I had the latch closed and he could not fully enter. When the front desk person called to see what the issue was, instead of handling the situation, she defended her employee and devalued the way that I felt. Instead of an apology and inquisition on to what she could do to make the situation better, she continued to explain why her employee acted in the correct manner. On two different occasions at this hotel I felt that my privacy was jeopardized and was uncomfortable. I usually stay at HGIs and this one was just not up to par. It seemed as though there was an issue every time I turned around, it wasnt peaceful, and I will not stay here again.

Poorly run, poorly maintained. All but one of the front desk staff should be in an other line of work . No cold water in the sink or shower in the mornings... Are you kidding me? .. NO, wish I were. One of the two clothes dryers doesnt dry effectively because the vent pipe in the rear is crushed to near closure. (The blank stare from the front desk means it will probably be like that for a while. ) BTW .. laundry is $3 per load not $1.50 as stated at the front desk (Some Hiltons are free) .. it doesnt matter anyway because they had only $1 in quarters at the front desk- So back up to the room - change into street clothes - drive to the ATM - then to a gas station (Cant get change without buying something) - I will steer my staff and the visitors to the local company we work at here FAR Away from this hotel.

A very clean and deluxe hotel in its class. The lobby is very spacious with many nooks to find your space to sit and read or watch an event on the TV - with a fireplace and skylight soft white filtered lighting. The workout room impressed me as being equipped by someone who was likely a trainer - just the right stuff for a descent workout - Precor elypticals and workout benches with a nice selection of free-weight dumbells so that you can do flys, curls, or whatever. The pool and whirlpool are adjacent and can be seen through the glass windows of the room. There are towels and a locker across the hallway too in case you have a guest join you!

Edit 12/4: ***** Much to my surprise, the day after my review (while still staying at the Garden Inn) I noticed that they had begun re placing *all* of the beds. I needed to extend my stay , and while speaking with the front desk, I inquired about the beds. They immediately moved my room to one with a brand new bed. What a difference! I slept quite soundly in the new room. Icing on the cake, the WiFi is much improved, too. *** The room is on par with other hotels in the area. Unfortunately the bed is terribly uncomfortable and the WiFi (HHonors complementary ) is atrocious.

My parents and I stayed here yesterday. This hotel was really nice. We were in the area for a cultural fall festival and came all the way from Kentucky. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms are very nice! The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is very nice! The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. Emily who was sitting at the front desk was very professional at all times and was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Great room we had the king suite and the tub was large and deep and outstanding. We took a dip in the pool and the spa which were both very nice as well. The location is perfect, close to multiple highways as well as restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. I have stayed here numerous times and have experienced nothing but the best. Also the room service is outstanding; the food was the best Ive ever had when it comes to hotel food. Top notch cant wait to go back.... Room 313 is the best!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Cincinnati was an enjoyable stay for the most part. My husband and I booked a king bed whirlpool room and were excited to get away for the weekend. Unfortunately, we kept finding things that really should have been cleaned before anyone stayed there. There was pee on the toilet in one of the bathrooms, coffee packet left in the kuerig, and other little things that made us uneasy about the state of our room. But, the people were friendly and the bed was comfy.

Very comfortable stay.. There are two things that matter when I stay at a hotel, the bed and the shower.. both were amazing on this trip. The rooms werent too quiet, it seemed as if the walls shook when a door closed, and you could hear foot steps coming from Upstairs and down the hall. I only dealt with the staff one time, they were friendly. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, bummer. Very Clean and Comforting Feeling. Approved!

The night desk person was away from the desk for over 30 minutes and we had to wait to check in. She then have us a room which was "out of order" and after talking to the front desk attendant the next morning we realized she had never truly checked us in because of the out of order room we were given. The room had not been cleaned because of this, and we noticed plenty of dust on the fixtures as well as hair in the shower.

Room was clean however service in the restaurant was poor and a mistake was made on my bill. When I asked to have it corrected, I was informed there was no one in the hotel that could make an adjustment. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasnt one on duty. This seemed odd since it was 11 in the morning, makes you wonder who handles their serious problems. Great building poor service
