Bowling was fine, not an avid bowler but go 4-5 times a year. Ball selection is pathetic (my fault for not having own ball) very old balls to choose from. Bar and counter staff is horrible. Two horribly ignorant and terribly slow bartenders. It was a Saturday during skaraoke so there was probably 8 people at the 12ft. long bar with two staffed bartenders. Waited 15 minutes (with two of us strategically located to try to get drinks) as "bartenders" would walk by making no eye contact, saying youre next or be right with you. When they looked up theyd point and say whos next so theyre too inept to remember of 8 customers who have been waiting therefore bypassing people. So I decidedly joking to raise my hand and I was scolded by a mid 20 yo, average looking below average customer service person and told, "were doing the best we can if were taking too long you dont have to wait and can go somewhere else." I responded; "I understand as a previous bartender on Chippewa a decade ago that two bartenders serving 8 customers can be overwhelming but theres a reason due to your skills and attitude youre working at a bowling alley bar on a Saturday and if you hate your job maybe you should be the one who quit." Not my best moment and could/shouldve handled it better but if raising my hand was offensive to a person who didnt have the decency to look at a customer or do her job for 15 minutes shes in for a rough go of it when she gets a real job outside of the bowling alley dealing with the real world. So anyway we ended up ordering from the cocktail waitress who was gracious but also had to bowl in size 13.5 size shoes. Open bowling was 930-3 we got there at 940 and I wear size 10.5-11 shoes and I was told I had to choose either size 9 or 13.5. Once again guess my fault for not owning own ball, shoes and bring my own beers. Wont be surprised if this place closes or changes owner/management soon since after talking to other customers the place has gotten worse since current manager/staff that came the last months fired people who were there 20+ years. Wont be back bowling is fun this place not so much.

Great place to bowl. Love the staff and my favorite place to hang at the bar and drink. Funny thing about this place is you see all kinds of people when sitting at the bar drinking. Like Mr size 11 shoes. Hard not to forget loud and arrogant. The lanes were full and lots of people rent shoes to bowl. Mr size 11 was on a list for the next open lane like every one else in the bar. When he entered the busy bar, (by the way the bars proximately 40 to 50 feet long goes around the corner) he caught my attention when he raised his hand up at a bar tenders and yelled at them for drinks. It was a distinct moment as I remember everybody turning around at the bar and looking at him. I dont care how tight your shoes are no reason to act like a jerk. Judge this place yourself check it out. Order ribs and pulled pork from the new smoker and say hi. Ill be there drinking at the bar!

Who Cares

Soo this lady told my husband and I that it was 3.50$ a game and coming from Virginia thats fairly reasonable considering down there its 2.00$ a game plus shoes... I asked her twice how much is this and she states both times 3.50$ a game, so when it comes down to pay she states a ridiculous price and we are just dumbfounded like why is it so much?? Then she says oh its 3.50$ a game per person... Like seriously? This place is a scam and my husband and I will never come here again... No wonder the parking lot was empty... Rude cashier who scams people out of their money! And on top of that its a crappy bowling alley!! Ive been to nicer places for cheaper... And the worst thing is if she would have just told us this from the beginning we would have been fine but now we feel scammed and that lady is a serious bit*h! I could have paid 30$ somewhere else... Dont come here!

My friends and I were looking for a new place to sing, and decided to check it out last night. Actually I did go once about 2 years ago and wasnt impressed so I was reluctant. Well, Im glad I took a chance we had a great time and plan to make it one of our regular spots, sound was great, drinks and food were also reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere without being a drunken screamfest. The only down side was there were alot of singers and the rotation got lengthy, but thats understandable.

This bowling center is the best Ive ever been to and have been continuing to go for over 3 years now. The staff is excellent, the food is amazing. Cheap prices, high quality food. They just released pulled pork and ribs and boy is it fantastic. I bowl league on monday nights and it is a blast. The owner is so friendly and kind. Thank you TBC!

UB Running Club

Dont go if you arent American. They dont serve those without a NY ID. Only establishment in Buffalo that I have seen that has done this. I will honestly not be visiting this establishment again because of this. Bowling itself was fine though.

Backyard Birdlady

Great place to bowl and friendly staff. My son had been bowling here for about 8 years and has improved so much. Weve met lots of really nice people and made good friends. The place is clean, has bubble hockey, darts, a pool table and a bar.

Drinks are good, food is OK too.. But the bowling not so much. Alleys are always breaking down. Bad setups, balls not returning, you get the picture. And not a fan of the table setup and the step down for the alleys.

Great time... amazing summer august Sunday deal... to good to be true. .take whole family. ... eat and bowl as much as you can for 4 cost 10 dollars or so. .wow

Racism is in the Air. Neglected to serve my friend because she is not from US. The drinks are 90% water. Bowling is fine as at any other place.

Mostly a great experience. Lot of Asians clogging up the lanes but what can you expect with the University of Buffalo being close by.

Went to a birthday party. Its a very festive atmosphere. I love how the cater to the kids. Very nice lanes and bowling center.
