My friends and I absolutely love this place and are willing to drive the 12 miles out of the way it is every Wednesday and Thursday night. The bowling alley really creates a great family/team atmosphere. I remember first going to this bowling alley and being bummed out that they didnt serve beer, but eventually I saw that it wasnt such a bad thing. Actually, I noticed I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot more and focused more on my bowling and friends vs. drinking/eating. The lanes are well taken care of and the staff is mostly cordial. I say mostly cordial because once or twice because one or two can be a little snippy. Haha! But we all have bad days, dont we? :-) Anyway, theyre great but very busy, so dont take offense. Highly recommend this place!

Very disappointed in the service. Attention to detail was lacking. I called 1 week in advance to inquire about taking my staff bowling and was told there would be 6 lanes available for the public. Also, called the day before to double check and again was told they would have 6 lanes available. 30 minutes before we left to go on a Wednesday I called to see about the wait time and was told there were NO LANES AT ALL AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. Only league bowling was allowed. My staff was very disappointed to say the least.

A "family establishment" should have a designated smoking area away from the immediate main entrance - like 10-15 feet on the side or something! Young kids heading in to a party and their guests getting a huge gulp of smoke at the entrance is a big turnoff. Plus it would smell a lot better when you walk in. Buffalo Lanes - we like your product, but if you want to avoid the negative feedback, please address this issue! Thanks!

Been coming here for years. Even if you have an issue with their pricing (we dont) they offer lots of discounts thru mail coupons, student cards, etc. Very family friendly. Our only "complaint" is they sometimes put groups with no kids right next to groups with multiple small kids even though there are plenty of free lanes available. They also have surprisingly great burgers and fries!!

Ive been bowling here since roughly 2005, and Its great. The staff is excellent and never rude. The service is amazing. On saturdays, many birthdays are held there, so it may be tough to get a lane, but time estimates are almost perfect. Pricing is great and the gameroom is unbeatable. This place is awesome.

Totally rude employees that just blow you off if theyre having a league or whatever pretty much every night. I was there tonight and the lady just said go away, we dont have any lanes when there were a few lanes obviously available. I guess theyre only for special people. I wont go back there.

The employees there are very helpful and courteous. The house itself is in great shape and the lanes are too. Thinking of joining a league there soon! Note: I agree with one of the reviews to have the smoking area away from any of the doors. That would be nice.

First time we came, it was overcrowded so we were unable to get a lane. Second time we came, it was less crowded and we got a lane. Not much to say, you can toggle bumpers on or off for each person, but the food was a little expensive.

The entire establishment was entirely clean, and had a family feel to it. Unfortunately, the entire time we played, we had people walk through our area, and half way through the game froze. Kind of ruined the entire experience for us.

Honestly the best lanes in Raleigh. Ive been bowling here for over 12 years and have visited a plethora of other alleys. This one continues to impress. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and high quality bowling lanes.

Nice bowling alley. The game room was pretty hot, but the bowling area was comfortable and clean. Didnt have a chance to try the food. The staff was also helpful. Nice family time.
