I visited on Saturday and the atmosphere is nice and they have really good quality wine. They are priced similarly to just about better quality winery. The reason I gave them 2 to 4 is that the server originally poured only 1/2 of what everyone else was being served for a tasting. I actually pulled the server aside and asked her the criteria for the wine poured for tasting which is right below the "PP" on their glass. I indicated that my glasses were all well below that by a lot in comparison to the other 2 people being served adjacent to me. She adjusted all but 1 of the 4 wines to a more appropriate level. I find many vineyards appear to size discriminate (smaller people gets less) whether intentional or not. When Im paying $4-5 for no more than 2 oz of wine for tasting, I will call that out. Servers should be better trained, even if I wasnt being subconsciously being discriminated against.

This was our first and best stop (Pindar & duck walk). We came on a Thursday at around 1130 and walked in on the guys that work in the fields/bottling having pizza. We asked if they were open and one guy came up to us and helped us out. I dont know if he was an owner manager or whatever but he was super helpful knowledgable and accommodating. He explained everything to me and my girlfriend. We tried 6 wines and bought two bottles, after we played with the cats. The wine was by FAR the best of our trip and only slightly more expensive. The place also had the warmest, homelike feel of all the wineries. This wasnt your average mass production joint. All in all, we really enjoyed it and will defiantly look for Palmer in the future

Palmer welcomes you into Long Island wine country. They often have wonderful entertainment on their back porch. They are child friendly. There is limited seating inside and additional seating on a covered porch. Overflow seating on the lawn. Always pack a blanket just in case the place is packed. The wines are delicious. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the wines and very friendly.

Some very good wines. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, without being an overcrowded mess like some vineyards on the North fork. Live music outside was great. My only complaint is that you cant buy and open bottles onsite, have to take away- theyll only serve individual glasses. It makes sense, but when with a group itd be nice.

Excellent flight choices. Rose, cab franc, chardonnay and sparklings above average as are the musicians. Love the double adirondack chairs next to vineyard too. Cool seating inside (ie booths) and nice deck for shade if you like. Not surprised theyve been in business long time. Dog friendly.

Very nice vineyard with a lot of seating outside. Wine is very good and there is truck to grab a quick bite..was disappointed that you are unable to purchase a bottle of wine..just by the glass but overall very enjoyable.

They are amazing. Great venue. They know their wines. Pet friendly. Go here and dont go to paumonak because they are horrible. Not pet friendly. Dont know their wines. Aloof to potential buyers
