Okay I love the prices and the theaters are small but definitely nice and well taken care of. The only complaint is that they didnt put any ice at all in my drink. And their soda doesnt come out cold like you think it would. It was luke warm. I didnt notice till I got into theater and the movie had started. I left the theater building to hopefully get ice but the doors to the lobby were locked, Im assuming because the movies were the last shows of the night. So I wouldnt say great service seeing as how the lobby was locked. Also the bathrooms in the theater building were disgusting. The only good part of all this was I saw the movie for free because I friend gave me a free ticket to the theater. Not sure if Id go again honestly.

It is a shame this place should be beautiful, it’s very old and historic. But the inside was kind of scary and it felt like I was in someone’s basement. It had a musty smell and there was some nosiey piece of equipment in the theater I was in. Like I said, it is a shame cause it could be an amazing theater. UNCLE GERRYS TIP: Go to the AMC in vestal instead they having amazing lazy boys.

A wonderful, nostalgic slice of Americana. If you want the experience of the larger chain cinemas, please save us your piety and just go there. The tickets are reasonable, the popcorn fresh and an average family doesnt require a second mortgage to go to the movies.......they also do great birthday parties!

Very cheap prices! The places gives me the creeps though. Popcorn is usually fresh and there is a good selection of foods. There is no parking lot, just the side of the roads really. Their smaller next-door viewing theater is really nice compared to their other 2 theaters

Tioga Theater is one of the best things about Owego. The prices are substantially less than any of the surrounding theaters, has a ton of cool history (I found out that President Taft spoke there), and has a charm that you never find in corporate theaters.

Loved the quaint old time feel. Seating was comfortable. Pricing all around affordable. Dont go expecting hot dogs and the like, the pop corn was VERY good. Mom and Pop place worth visiting. Watched Transformers, the Last Knight. Well be back

The building is a bit old, but theres plenty of seats in the theater, the movies are good quality, the tickets and concessions are very reasonably priced, and the man that runs the place is very friendly.

Wet mushy popcorn two people at concession stand werent there to purchase snacks they were gone the whole movie so cold you could you could make ice cubes we might not even go back ever again horrible time

Specifically called last Friday to make sure Ghostbusters would be playing in one of the renovated theatres downstairs. I really wanted to try the recliners! Got there and it was an upstairs theatre.

I love the small town flavor at this theater. The owner is great to my family and I. The ticket prices are great and the food doesnt cost an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this!
