Their art consultant Andre Mantout needs to be dismissed for sexual harassment. I DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT PERMITS RAPE CULTURE, PROTECTS MISOGYNY, AND SILENCES WOMEN. The male-dominated staff at Eden Fine Art treat women with a disrespectful, dismissive, and misogynistic attitude. I voiced a complaint of sexual harassment enacted by one of their newly hired Art Consultants, Andre Mantout, on company time and property (of course women always have to "prove" their word to men, and I did), but have YET to receive an apology or a response from the management. I had to go to great lengths to even hear a human voice after painstaking e-mails and phone calls were made. I personally visited the SoHo location to speak to the Director or Head of Human Resources, but found that no one represents Human Resources on the staff! The Director was absent. Even more insulting, despite the complaint I made about my male aggressor, my visit confirmed that the director had received my e-mail, but still authorized his Art Consultant to work ALONE and UNSUPERVISED from the gallerys opening at 9am to closing at 9pm. Thats not only disrespectful to women, but a sign of clear-cut negligence. I gathered support from a group of individuals, who helped to protest their negligence and raise these important issues on Eden Gallerys public Facebook page (4200 followers). After making a noticeable dent in the dialogue occurring on their page, that night, the staff shut down their account in an effort to mute the issue and retain their reputation. That to me speaks volumes to the moral fragility of their male-dominated staff, and to their degree of integrity, transparency, and accountability to the public. WARNING TO ALL FEMALE PATRONS AND STAFF: The patriarchs of Eden Gallery do not respect or acknowledge the concerns of women in their workplace, so if you decide to work or buy art at this gallery, your labor and capital will be taken seriously, but your word against their injustices wont. Your womanhood within their boys club ensures that they WILL NOT advocate for you if you should be assaulted, threatened, intimidated, marginalized, or harassed by a male staff member on their companys grounds. Eden Gallery, you perpetuate Rape Culture by protecting your male staff members from the consequences of sexually harassing women. Eden Gallery, who is on your team to advocate for the safety and equality of women in your workplace??? Where is your accountability to women and to the public???? Its been more than a week, were still waiting for you to answer these questions, and were still waiting for an apology in the form of accountability.

Beautiful gallery with fantastic pieces. However, had a less than satisfying customer experience. I ordered a piece and asked them to ship it home to me in another country. I mainly dealt with Amos and have to say it was not a pleasant experience. They didnt provide me with an invoice and had to deal with poor responses to emails and phone calls. There were promises to email/call me back but they never followed up. Finally the piece was sent. When i received it, there were 2 big scratches on the glass. Considering the investment I made, as well as the reputation Im sure the gallery wants to uphold, this was a bit upsetting. I contacted them and again, dealt with poor responses to emails and phone calls. Finally they agreed to sent a new piece of glass. When the glass finally arrived, it was not the right size. This was quite infuriating as they are supposed to be a world class gallery. Finally, I had to get my husband to deal with them as I had about enough with their poor quality and customer service. We finally got a new piece and sent the old one back. It is very unfortunate as we love the gallery and the pieces they have but their customer service definitely will make me rethink whether I go there again.

Looking for an art gallery in New York with idiosyncratic artwork, charismatic staff, and diverse artists? This is it! I have a passion for art and I love being able to walk into an art gallery and just completely submerge myself in that world. Each gallery I’ve been to (and it’s been a lot) has something unique to them. Whether it be the staff that greets me or the ever-changing artists that embrace the walls, I always walk away from a gallery with a small piece of their culture. Eden Fine Art completely blew away my expectations. This has become an all-time favorite of mine any time I visit the New York area. The atmosphere at this gallery is special, and I recommend everyone and anyone to visit. The people who work here go out of their way to make it a special experience. Did I mention they greet you with a complimentary cup of coffee? That should be enough to entice any Joe Schmoe who wants a cup of joe (get it?). You don’t have to be an art enthusiast to appreciate the beauty this gallery has to offer. Stop what you’re doing and go visit them now. You can thank me later.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I was STUNNED to see wonderful high-ranking art and "client-care" that literally GOES WRONG ON EACH LEVEL. Did not get additional information I asked for and promised to get at SOHO gallery. Then: did not get it when asked at some "higher up" at the other (main) gallery. ( needed to repeat my request for info once again ) Wrote emails (took time / trouble / effort ) to BOTH OWNERS about this and got ZERO REPLY. To me this came as "salt into wounds". And guess: all I was asking for was some $55 K + pieces of artwork ....

This gallery is GORGEOUS!! All of the colors, and great sculptures catch my eye everyday when Im on my way to work. Today, I actually had some extra time, and was able to go in and take a closer look. I was immediately welcomed by a friendly face and began my tour through the gallery. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with. I loved so many pieces! I was offered coffee, and really enjoyed the conversation with the staff. I am now a proud owner of an amazing piece and plan on being a "collector" very soon. Excellent job, guys!

My all time favorite gallery to visit while in New York. The atmosphere is unlike any gallery i have ever been too. The colors, ambiance, and energy are almost as unique as the employees who work there. Every visit has been different as the artwork is changing and the artists who are represented there are always growing. I absolutely recommend anyone visiting or living in New York to stop by the gallery and enjoy the colors of Eden!

I love the design of the gallery. They house such a variety of art and display it beautifully. Their employees are always welcoming and the gallery hosts amazing gatherings. I love going there. Great atmosphere

Beautiful pieces, high quality and very contemporary. Only downside is that the staff seem to assume your worth when you walk in, snobbish because I wasnt wearing my Rolex.
