When looking for a venue for our rehearsal dinner, we knew we wanted something private, which turned out to be pretty difficult to find in Ithaca on a Friday night, for 45 people. I came across Moakley House from my contacts at Cornell. The rental price was much less than other options, and the food was better. The space is wonderful, right on the golf course with an outdoor patio and indoor private room. We had a few appetizers and then a buffet meal that was delicious. I asked for our baker to bring in a surprise grooms cake for my new hubby which he adored. Everything was delicious, the staff was very helpful and the venue worked out great for us. I highly recommend it for future events.

Felt let down by the course – I expected so much out of it given the designer’s reputation, but it just turned out to be a humdrum course with little character (we only played the front 9 – if the back 9 miraculously makes up for the insipid front, I apologize).

Well manicured, lush fairways, challenging holes for all levels. Cuerteuos staff and a peaceful location. Had a great time playing RTJ at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
