I know the area has not had a lot of rain but the front nine is in terrible condition. The t boxes are sparse of grass and so are the fairways. We have recipicals from Mark Twain which lists the price at 20 dollars but they charged us 25 dollars. I can go to Enjoie or Hiawatha for the same price. The greens have a lot of burned out areas. The back nine is in better condition but the fairways need attention. Unless your really hard up for a place to golf I would not recommend this course. .

I played the front 9 on this course. Ive been told that the back 9 is flat and narrow so it is difficult. The front 9 is hilly and interesting. Towards the top of one hill there is a bell to ring to let people behind you know that youre far enough in front. The front 9 is a lot of fun. I thought the price was bordering on expensive. Ill play here again though. The front 9 is challenging, but not difficult.

After a very short interview with the owner I have decided that anyone who works for this company is insane. The owners are beyond rude. I am sure that their course is very nice and enjoyable for golfing but I would never spend a dime into this company.

Hillendale was a great value- great price, the course was fairly nice. The greens were in great shape, and while some of the holes were very simple, others were were very nice. Great bang for the buck here.
