I struggle with rating this park. My kids enjoyed it, and had a ton of fun, but then again theyve never met a waterpark they didnt like! Overall, its hard for me to justify the cost. Its a lot smaller then you would expect, although, that way its easy to keep an eye on the kids. As an adult theres a few things that really bother me: first the park is in desperate need of some TLC. We went for the first time 3 years ago and there are parts of the water park that were broken then that are still broken today. Most of the lockers are out of order, with a lot of them having a laminated typed note on it, not just a post-it, so you know theyve been broken for a while. Things like that always make me nervous. If they dont take time to fix the things you CAN see, you KNOW they dont fix the things you cant see. Like, are they inspecting the structural integrity of the slides and the water quality??? Uck... Its probably better not to think about that. There was little attempt at making sure people were following the posted rules. For example, their rules state kids under 16 are not allowed in the hot tub, yet employees were allowing kids in. Also they have height restrictions on the slides but much smaller kids were allowed on the big slides and bigger kids allowed on the smaller slides. Im not a huge stitckler, it just seems as though the employees just doesnt care. They were also closing sections because they were short staffed, but they werent very smart about it, based on usage vs time. So all in all, would I go again? Probably, but it will take another 3 years of the kids begging to get me there. ☺

I bring my nieces and nephews here every year. We always have a great time but there a few things the waterpark needs to address. The changing rooms are dirty with no benches and very few hooks. Have an employee come through every hour to pick up the piles of wet towels. Fix the lockers-they almost never work. Move the birthday parties to the game room or limit them. They take up valuable seating space for the rest of your patrons. Get rid of a bunch of the lounge chairs (which take up way too much space) for benches, tables and chairs. Replace the tubes for the waterslide that are half filled with air and add more clear tubes for the wave pool. Paint and clean the stairs around the slides. The staff are always wonderful here. Fixing a few cosmetic things and increasing seating would make this a much better experience.

The indoor water park is pretty good for family with kids. They offer a lot of different options to entertain the whole family. Beginning with a wave pool, going over this "bear fall" till a children pool. A hot spring is then also something for the parents. But I would say from how much they offer, the price is not reasonable. The water is in my opinion relatively cool and the pools are not too big. Maybe Im just used to the water parks from Germany, but I wasnt completely satisfied. On the other side, I really enjoyed the whole resort. A beautiful view from the outside pool during the sunset. I would say, its worth a visit or two but preferable with more people or during a long weekend with skiing. - easy to find - many attractions - very nice and kind staff - few pools - enough Life guards to make your stay safe

My 10 and 11 year old kids really liked this water park. We have visited 3 times, twice in the last 2 months. The lifeguards are attentive to safety and the other staff is very friendly and good with kids. The two young men working in the arcade graciously spent at least 15 minutes helping my daughter pick out Silly Bands! I gave this park 4 stars due to the lack of attention to cleanliness. The water park is clean in the morning, however, by the afternoon, the garbage cans and towel bins are overflowing, tables and floors are littered with leftover food/garbage, and the bathrooms...yikes! Granted people need to pick up after themselves, but this problem is easily correctable by management and the housekeeping staff.

Excellent ,amazing, professionals, This place really rocksssss, spend the whole day there recently at the water park and I have to say that the ENTIRE STAFF, was so polite cordial and RESPECTFUL. THE LIFEGUARDS THERE ARE LIKE THE MARCH OF THE WOODEN SOILDERS. ON POINT!!!! and man they have my gratitude and respect for such a young group. I am a worry wart of a parent of two amazing girls and for once I felt so relaxed knowing that my girls and us were being supervised by the best lifeguards I have seen in a while. The food court attendants were really nice and clean about the whole food process. For these reasons my wife and I are planning our next trip to stay a night or two with our girls and family

The water park itself is ok. Its very small but enough for the kids to do and have a good time. The issue, and reason for one star is the seating. There isnt even close to enough seating for people and the limited seats that are available are usually taken by people for the day. It makes it difficult to take a break from the attractions and forget about trying to find a spot to eat. The place would be decent if they could establish a better flow and add additional seating areas. They should also not allow people to claim tables for the entire day and just leave their items there. I dont see us returning again, especially for the cost they ask. Well drive further for something better.

Mostly great. We played with our 2 and 3 year olds there for around 5 hours which is quite long for them. Biggest downside is cost. Even with a Groupon that cut the prices about in half, it still wasnt cheap. There were also a number of water fountains/toys in the childrens area that didnt work. Also, more disturbingly several locations with rusty metal. But overall, there is a good number of varied pools including a wave pool and childrens areas, slides, etc and it was a lot of fun!

Went there last Month. I just went to check in just to see how was the water park. It was quite small. Not too many rides. A dump bucket, some slides and a pool thats about it and when i asked the guy about the prices it was hefty 42$ that gave me a huge shock. 42$ for such a small indoor park is alottttt of money. Also the staff didnt seem so friendly.

This place is not very clean compared to Splash Lagoon and is much smaller. It may be good for a day visit with children 8 and under. Not worth a sleepover in the attached hotel and a second day, that is for sure! Glad we adults only bought one days worth of tickets. Could only use two slides and the wave pool is a joke!

Had to drive to Cortland to make a reservation, called 4 times over 2 weeks with no response. Was told they open at 10 am on Fridays, didnt open till 4 pm. Swimsuit dryer ate the hem of my husbands new swim trunks. Was not worth even the Groupon price I paid. Looks beautiful but customer care is lacking.
