WARNING!!! This place is an allergy nightmare. There are peanut shells everywhere. I couldnt spend more than five minutes in there before I was coughing up a lung. Since I couldnt sit inside I decided to enjoy the patio. The staff is friendly and prompt, but their seating is a bit crowded. The beer here is not good. I tried several samples. The cream ale tasted like an IPA. The nut brown had chunks of yeast in it. I settled on the Belgian Wit. For some reason we got one big glass and one small on the same order. I drank half, but I couldnt stomach the rest. My guest and the other people at the table didnt finish their beers either. Ive had a decent beer here before, but this time I struck out. I wont be back unless they clean up their taproom. Having a nut allergy makes this place a hazard for my health.

Theyve got a fantastic selection of beers that they brew in house, my most recent favorite being the Smokey Oso Porter. The patio has an amazing view of the Organ Mountains, which is perfect for sunset and totally dog friendly. The staff are personable and pretty dang great at what they do. And, maybe best of all, they have a food truck kitchen arrangement on the weekends with delicious dinner and side options a step above the usual fare (think: fries with plenty of garlic and parmesean or a barbeque sandwich with spicy orange glaze).

Very homey place . The owner is a well rounded guy he knows his brews hes been to other brewerys so he know whats out there . there are a great selection of beers here from I.P.A to milk stout to imperial wheat which is my favorite ..great prices, great service , great brews they sell a 64 oz growler so a half gallon of beer for a good price to bring home . . and not far from FT bliss if ur station there like i am . GIVE it a try .

My sister and I were looking for a place to have some great local beer. We decided to try out the Spotted Dog Brewery. Not only was the beer fantastic (Try the Milk Stout and the Angry Beaver!) but the service was wonderful too. Megan, our server, was attentive and recommended some great beers. I would recommend the Spotted Dog to people that want a chill atmosphere and great local brews.

The food is excellent and the service is even better. We came two days in a row while I was in town. The hard cider was good, too. This is a great spot for all ages. There are great conversations to be had between tables. I highly recommend the garlic and herb fries! You will not be disappointed.

This brewery is awesome. Great bold flavors and still very smooth. I actually love most of the brews, but I could only take 2 large growlers home, so I went with the Wit and their Raspberry Stout. So good. Check them out if you have a chance. I visited all the way from Fort Worth, TX.

Some friends introduced us to the pub during our visit to LC. Good food, great service (server was personable and took time to answer our questions about the brews). Im picky about and really really enjoyed the red ale. Stout was great, too. Looking forward to our next visit.

Ive been there many times they have great beer down there my favorite beer is the milk stout and they have a excellent food truck that comes there. If you love microbrew beer this is the place to go the best place in town

Awesome place!!!!! Me and my husband each got a flight so we could try different beers. Great beer and staff. Tried the food at the wine festival this year and loved it!! Great place to have in las cruces!!!

Great beers and food from the Colloquium food truck on the weekends. If they ever expand with another location the Northeast side of Las Cruces on either side of US 70 could use a good brew pub.
