This is a wonderfully friendly, challenging 9-hole course that makes it a pleasure to stop by after work, or pass a couple of hours at the weekend. The course is kept in great condition, parking is easy, and its only half an hour from the center of Philadelphia. Decent carts, and you can usually rent a basic set of clubs. Dont expect anything fancy from the pro-shop: you might get a cup of Joe and a hotdog, but the atmosphere, warmth and hospitality of the lady who runs it will transport you back to 50s. This is exactly what a local course should be, and so rarely is. A gem!

Keep your receipt always and keep up your pace on weekends. From my personal take on playing here a handful of times I would recommend this place for beginners (the course itself is taken care of). However, rangers and the front desk can be pushy and hard nosed when it comes to your pace. People that want to take their time and have a leasuire day of golf dont go here. Theyre about volume and churning out golfers as quickly as possible. I recommend it because it will show you that not all golf courses can gritty as this one.

Worse experience ever! Only people on the course that day and the old lady "betty" following us around scolding at us. Saying we are holding up the game. She made us return the karts before twilight was over and made us walk the course. Im pretty sure thats not what I paid for. Im a newbie but not that stupid. Horrible experience and I will never be back again. My advice to anyone reading this go to Skippack or Neshamany Valley they are very nice courses/people there and roughly the same price

Nice 9 hole course thats easy to get right in and play. Also a good price to just go out and work on your game. Very forgiving course for beginners and you can easily recover from a bad shot. Ive also been bothered by the elderly lady who runs the course. You just have to ignore her and enjoy yourself otherwise she is a pain.

It is a decent 9 hole course if you need to golf. I can not say I have enjoyed my rounds here. I would say it is a good course for beginners, but the atmosphere here makes you feel like you dont belong. The owner is rude and taints the experience. I do not think it is worth what they charge.

Good greens for beginners but the old lady is the worst. We were the only golfers on the whole course and she was circling us like a shark telling us were golfing very slow and we should pick up the pace. I wont be coming back Im sure there are better ranges in the area.

This is a beautiful course! Friendly staff! And very reasonable prices! I will definitely come back time and time again! Say hi to Betty when you come, her and her brother, mother and father built the course many years ago, a labor of love! #iloveTW

I enjoy the fairways. The challenge is there. The greens are clean. You can use your AP for yards to the pin. GPS
