The lady on the phone was really polite called at 1pm to see if anything was available for that day for my family (wife & 3 yr old daughter) got lucky and a 3:45pm was open so we took it, showed up really early to see if my 3rd was really able to go for the ride on the wave runner and the guy we asked if she was to small he said she might be, but could try and if she wasnt feeling it out on the water we could bring her back and split the hour with my wife so one of us could be with her but she loved it and stayed almost the whole hour but got a bit cold so we did what they said got the attention of a guide (same guy) said she was cold on the water he took us back to the dock so I could drop off the wife and daughter went back out for a few more min till the hour was up but he was super cool about it everybody there was nice and professional, the area you get to ride around is pretty big to a lot of people out on the water but the guides kept it REALLY safe out there. DID I MENTION MY 3 yr daughter was riding with us on the wave runner!! Well definitely get back for more family fun !! Thanks wet and wild !!

So helpful and ready to go above and beyond to make us have the best time you could ask for . If anyone is looking for an amazing experience. Including great customer service. Planned a day with the girlfriend to go jet skiing. Called this place in the morning and made an afternoon reservation, the employee on the phone was very polite. We got there and parking was free! Waited around for about 30 mins then rode jetskis. For how large the course was and the price, it was really great. Only 80/hr for a double jetski. All the employees were very nice and professional. It was great fun and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family

Great experience and fully recommend! The couple at the desk were very nice and accommodating. We arrived in frustration after leaving Bayview water sports because we were told we wouldnt be on a jet ski until after 3pm when we had a reservation at 1pm! We retrieved our deposit, walked down street to Wet n Wild and we were by smiling faces! If traveling to the shore to jet ski, I urge you to visit this place. You will not leave disappointed!

Great experience, good price and lots of fun. This was my first jetski experience, and I would recommend this place. They are located on the Marina side, and you can pilot the jetski around a big square area limited by buoys. Jetskis are very new and well maintained. I would suggest to call and book a time in advance.

Came out on a rough water day but still had a ton of fun. My only issues was when out in the water there is a lot of confussion about the areas you are supposed to be in. There was even a red ball and i was told to not go to it. They should add more balls so people can have a sense of direction.

Amazing experience. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. The wave runners run smooth and fast. I went with my Girlfriend and our 3 daughters on 7-26-16 and we all had a blast. I cant say enough good things about this place

difficult to see when driving by as there are several other competing business in the same area each with their own displays and signs. However, past that minor opportunity our overall experience was great and tons of fun.

Horrible! You have to wait more than 25 minutes for doing nothing. One of the boat has broken bumper. Old and ugly!!! Workers there are not kind mind at all. I will never use them again!!!

We took our 5 year old son out and he had a blast!! The 1 hour sunset ride was perfect with no sun glare and little water traffic!! A perfect way to end our summer!
