DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We came in for breakfast on 7/23/2016. It took 20 mins for a waitress to finally reluctantly come over to our table to greet us. We asked for 4 waters, 3 coffee and 1 orange juice. She came back 10 mins later with 4 coffee, with NO milk, cream, or sugar. We told her we ordered 1 orange juice instead of coffee. She said "I know. Ill bring it over." We then asked her to bring milk for the coffee. She came back with a tiny metal cup filled with cream and she told us it was milk. Still no sugar at this point! 40 mins passed by, we finally got everything we needed to start drinking our coffee, wondering when well ever get our food. At this point, we started serving ourselves. We went to the next table to get the missing set of knive and fork. When our food finally came, one order was missing bacon. So again, we went straight to the kitchen to ask for it. And WE had to ask for more coffee. Our waitress paid little to no attention to our table. Now, we understand that while many of the staff is on strike we have to be patient with service. However, what we experienced was simply bad waitressing PERIOD! Every time we asked for something, she made us feel like we were bothering her and she would come back 10 or 15 mins later. She not only ruin our breakfast experience, but her bad waitressing waisted at least an hour of our time in the morning while we can be on the beach enjoying Atlantic City Boardwalk. To top it all off, she decided to add a more than 20% tip on the bill herself. We only found out about this when checking our credit card statement online 5 days later. WTF??? Never ever in my life have I experienced such a bad service! UNBELIEVABLY DISTURBIGN!

Terry & Julianna are Top of the line managers. They assisted me in putting together the best engagement proposal ever!!! The waiter we had was excellent, The food was exquisite, and All of the staff helped in putting together a truly magical night. My now Fiancée was completely in awe while reading a poem i wrote for her, our song played romantically in the background (Surround Sound), Pictures of our life streamed from past to present, Ultimately leading up to the big question.... " Will you be my wife? " She said Yes :) And the night ended with a delicious complimentary gift of chocolate covered strawberries dressed with tuxedos. The Hard Rock Cafe has gained Customers For Life!!!!!! Thank You Very Much.

Ate dinner here on Friday, August 25th with a party of 8. The food is average, at best. I ordered an original legendary burger and fries. The burger tasted ok but the fries came out not hot and tasted like they had been cooked several hours before and not even heated up before they were served. Our Server appeared rather lazy. Instead of walking around to my end of the table to take my order, she decided to continue to stand at the opposite end, forcing me to shout my order out to her. Also, she never bother to refill my water and also spilled a drink on my friends cell phone. Bottom line: Average food and below average service. I would definitely not recommend eating here.

Hard rock cafes are always loud, hard to chat with friends but you go into it knowing that, the atmosphere and decor was nice. Our waiter however seemed preoccupied, when I ordered my sandwich and asked for the chicken breast substitute, which the menu allows, he was watching other patrons and he asked me to repeat which was no problem. I repeated it then asked me how i would like it cooked... Um... Done please cause its chicken! He delivered 2of 3 meals, and 8-10 minutes later delivered my meal. He did not ask how our meal was, did not ask if we wanted more beverages, we had to stop him to get waters for the table. I hope this type of service isnt the normal for him!

I went to Atlantic city to spend some days of vacation with my family. I have this hard rock glasses collection from every city that hard rock has any store. I got inside to the store section and this lady (Amanda) came to us very aggressive, with a lot of actitud for not reason. I asked her why she was acting like that and she just didnt answer and she keep making nasty faces to us. We were planning to eat there after to get some souvenirs , but because of her, we got out buying anything. And now I have one glass missing in my collection. Unbelievable!!! Never come back to that place.

I am an astoundingly avid follower of Rock, and this place hit the spot! The atmosphere, was awesome for a rock fan like myself. No one will be able to duplicate the Hard Rock Cafe, and my amazing experience there was one that I will always remember. The food was a tiny bit overpriced but it was very good and it came out piping hot. ( I reccomend the Twisted Mac, Chicken, and Cheese by the way.) The service was polite, prompt, and prepared to the fullest. While Atlantic City might not be the nicest place, of all the lights that shine, this one is the brightest.

Every time I come here no matter how busy it may seem I always get a table. The atmosphere is alive with TV screens pumping all the latest videos or old school rock and roll videos The Waitresses are always bubbly and nice and take my order just the way I say I want it. And this last time I went the owner of the restaurant came up to the table introduced himself and asked us how was the food and how is the menu yes I will be back next time Im in Atlantic City. PS the food is pricey bring your wallet a big wallet!

On a day trip with co-workers we stopped at the Hard Rock cafe for quick bite to eat. Overall service was very good and the food was fairly appealing. Most of us ordered burgers or something w/ meat. Several of my co- workers including my self all had food poison symptoms that night. When I brought this at the attention of a manager named Terry he did dismissed me immediately with out so much as an apology. I would steer clear of this place. I have never felt so ill after eating at restaurant.

WARNING DO NOT EAT THERE ..WE WAS A GPOUP OF 9 WENT TO EAT ON SATURDAY EVENING. .10 MINUTES LATER WE LEAVE MY GIRLFRIEND GET A REALLY BAD DEARHEA COLD SWEET CHILLS ..THE ONLY THING SHE EATEN WAS THE CHICKEN FAJITAS. .AND THEN NEXT DAY I WOKE UP AT 2:00 AM SAME AS HER ..WELL THE REST OF OURS FRIENDS SAME THE PROBLEM WAS 2 OF THEM FROM TEXAS GET SICK ON THE PLANE ..NOT CONFORTABLE FLIGHT LIKE THAT ..BACK AT HOME SPOKE TO MY COUSIN AND HER MOM LAST YEAR HAVE A SAME PROBLEM EVEN WITH SKIN RUSH? ??

I had some comp money and wanted to eat here and it was a Monday night so you can imagine there wasnt a lot of people eating. We were seated where cold air was blowing right on top of us and seated right beside the window so it looked like the place had people in it from people walking up and down the boardwalk. The service could have been better as our waiter spent his time in the kitchen area goofing off with the other employees and wasnt very professional.
