Horrible...I made a reservation paid by credit card for myself and my two little ones. They advertise check in at 11:00AM. My children and I arrived from out of state at 8:00AM, I walked in to inform a man we will be waiting in the car until 11:00 for check in, Please dont give our room away, were from out of state here for a 2:00 pm wedding, he stated very nasty and rudely that he cant guarantee me a room, I stated to him I have a reservation number paid by credit card, he started screaming at me hes the manager been in the business for 17 years, reservation dont mean your guaranteed a room I could find myself waiting until noon, 3:00, or 4:00pm thats the way it work. I reminded him reservations mean that my room is held once I get there Im provided a key, he disagreed began screaming at me who am I to tell him his job in a matter of fact go get a room somewhere else, but he will not give me a room. I left crying from a long drive with two tired little girls. The lord did not allow him to ruined our day, we found a public bathroom put our beautiful dresses on, celebrated with our friends and family.

Really terrible hotel. So many things were not right during my two night stay. The room was a mess, the entire building did not seem structurally safe (the room was literally sloped in one direction), there were no shower supplies except a dirt towel, the room was about 85 degrees because all the windows and tv were left on before we got into the room, and the key to get into the room was very hard to turn the staff had to help open it for the first time. THEN on top of all of that, they charged me an extra $50 because a couple friends came over before we headed to Atlantic City. These friends were not staying over in the hotel they had there one place and we were just meeting up before we went out. There was a language barrier between me and the owner so I am not sure if they completely understood what I was saying. Or they just wanted more money who knows. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Gave me the basics , plus a refrigerator ... And a MICROWAVE Something MOST times you cant get with the comped rooms at the big hotels . Extrordinarily clean. Older furnishings. Nice bed.
