I have never encountered ruder hosts in my life. It was our friends Bachelorette and we had a table and comped bottles reserved by the general manager and the guys at the door refused to let us in. They said we didnt have enough girls because we had some girls drop out and told us we didnt get there on time (there was no time restriction on the reservation) so we found more girls to come in with us and they still refused us. Dude with the giant mole on his face and some guy named "D" were especially pompous and condescending. We fought them for a good 20 minutes before they finally realized that the GM had specifically put us on the list (after we had repeated ourselves 40x) and let us in. There was an empty table waiting for us and ZERO reason for the drama they put us through. I absolutely refuse to ever go back there and will be sure to tell everyone I know that they should go elsewhere if theyre ever considering it.

Surrender is a beautiful venue. Smaller than XS but also more intimate. Who wants to go to a mega-club and stand elbow to elbow with everyone all night anyways?! I need my dancing space! I was surprised to find that they charge cover since its a smaller lounge-like venue. However, they do have a guestlist, even on saturday nights, and its free for BOTH ladies and gentlement before 11pm. So save your dough for drinks inside and get there early so you can get in for free! We got in about 10:30 and it was quite empty. It gave us a good opportunity to snap some mandatory pics. We explored a bit and left to gamble outside. We returned at about 11:30 and the place was packed. The DJ played great music and the crowd was loving it. Id def return again. Thanks, Surrender for a great night!

Getting into the club made my blood boil. We had a promoter who put us on the guest list and said we would get in free. When we got to the club, they said it would be $55 for each guy. After waiting almost an hour to get to the front of the line, the cashier said it would be $65. The price hikes are ridiculous. The inside of the club was nice though. There was a lot of space to roam around if you didnt want to be deep in the crowd of people and music. Lots of places to sit as well. I thought the drinks were okay but my friends didnt like them.

Unlike most people i wont complain about the ridiculouse prices and how its not worth it. For me its the bar tender refusing to pour me a cup of water. Claiming there not allowed. Discusting i went over to the next one and she pours me what was a shot of water and said ur not getting more. So after i order a shot of taquila i made sure she saw me leave twp pennies on the counter. Do your self a favor go to xs its the same hotel but ull have a better time. Also that bartender should be fired for being a tool.

Surrender I like the venue, did not take as long to get in as XS. Much more chilly feel because of all the pool since it is Encore Beach Club during the day. I hate the fact there’s a line to get into the dance floor and its more secluded, however there is an area that is a little seperate from the dance floor where you can still get your groove on. There are tables on the inside. Too bad I didnt get to stay long, left before the main DJ even went on T.T sigh.

Surrender Nightclub = Encore Beach Club. Dont come overdressed thinking that its an indoor nightclub like XS or something. Feel free to wear your bathing suit and a cute cover-up. Id also suggest wearing flat shoes and not wedges or heels because the water around the pool gets very wet and slick. The service seems to be quick, and they check your personal belongings very strictly (probably in light of the Orlando shootings).

I attended 4/23/16 to surrender with top 40s Diplo set ,Nothing out of the ordinary, but the "dj" , who closed the night.... a blonde girl supposedly a dj, It was really disrespectful , and it is inexplicable as a venue like Surrender Nightclub leave the stage open to amateur to destroy the night. . I pay $ 60 at the door supposedly to listen to good music ,and I definitely disappointed about your amateur djs .

Always a good time here! One of my top ranked spots in Vegas. Be nice to everyone, bartenders, restroom attendants, security, and theyll watch out for you and youll have a blast! Try to catch Lil Jon DJing, the SHOTS song comes with free shots! The first bartender as you walk in, closest to restrooms, (seems to be in the same spot) is the best! Tip the bald fellow well!

Event was oversold but they still brought people in anyway, culminating in a multi hour wait to even see the undersized and I impressive dancefloor. If youre not rolling with an entourage of women with fake boobs or buying bottle service, forget it. Go here to be seen by trustafarians, and not to enjoy music or dance.

Love this place especially in the summer! Awesome pool parties at night! Been coming to this place for years ever since their grand opening several years ago. The pool decor is just amazing! Beautiful cabanas, 3 large circular pools, stripper poles inside the club and out in the pool area! Beautiful people everywhere.

Paid over 2k for a table and bought about 3 bottles and the staff decided to move me to a table farther away because the table we had wasnt ment to be used and an hour later someone else got it. I understand how the industry works. But they really didnt have to lie about it. I would of paid more to keep it.

Thought the music was a bit too loud and the drinks were too diluted. The floors are all sticky but I still had a great time. The ratio to get in is 1:1 and the females get free drink tickets. Their pick of DJs are great and always have me coming back. Highly recommend getting in through guest-list.

Been there once with my girlfriend on a vacation. Great club! Very kind staff and bartenders. We had a very good time with lots of dancing, but honestly I dont remember the whole night because of all the shots I drank...classic Vegas night out! :-)

We attended new year eve atvthis club. Dj Snake sucks. Jerry is someone who is someone feeling like he owns the club. He thrown my friend out of club for no reason. Please prefer another club for another club if you want to enjoy new year eve.

this may be the worst club in Vegas, security is discriminatory not allowed in on renty. worst VIP service on the strip dont waste your time....asked to speak with management 3 times denied. spoke with hotel security still unsettled.

Get a promoter to get you on the list because you can get in for free. It is Vegas, so the drinks are very pricey. Paid $60 bucks for two long islands and two water. I do like lounge because it has an inside area and outside pool area.

Me and my girlfriend were denied entry to the club because they claimed they could not verify my girlfriends identity even though a valid passport was presented and all questions were answered correctly
