I need to tell my story for the review because is the only way to make people aware. So I went there to Las Vegas last year, we were walking on Caesars palace when decided to enter the nightclub. There was a concert that night so it was way too crowded (or im not sure if it is usually like that). I am too short in height so after a while i couldnt breathe, me and my husband ran to the nearest exit because i couldnt breath, people was all over me. So security did not allow me to go out through the "Emergency Exit" so he sent me to the entrance instead, the entrance was too far that i tried anyways to get out coz i was sofocated and couldnt walk. The security instead of helping me they started a fight with my husband coz my husband was trying to get me out as soon as he can and they punched him and put him on the floor, my husband had a spine injured so they stepped on him apparently to keep him down and he got badly hurt. Then they kept us at the back with hand cuffs until the police arrive because APARENTLY MY HUSBAND STARTED A FIGHT WITH SECURITY. The police went to see the video and THEY DID NOT SEE ANYTHING THAT SECURITY WAS CLAIMING SO THEY LET US GO. I WAS CRYING BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED MY HUSBAND HAD A BAD INJURY IN THE PAST AND ANOTHERI INJURY IN HIS SPINE THAT COULD COST HIM THE ABILITY TO WALK. MY HUSBAND ENDED UP AT THE HOSPITAL UNTIL NEXT DAY, AND OMNIA MANAGER JUST KEPT SAYING TO ME "KEEP CRYING BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL" . WHEN THEY LET US GO THEY JUST SAID WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GO BACK, AND I AM SO HAPPY NOT TO GO BACK.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, WORST NIGHTCLUB, AND EVEN IF I WAS ALLOWED TO GO THERE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. BE CAREFUL, THEY WILL DO HORRIBLE STUFF TO YOU AND JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BIGGEST NIGHTCLUB THEY THINK THEY CAN DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY KNOW EVERYBODY AND THEY ALSO KNOW YOU ARE JUST A TOURIST AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT. the problem with big companies is this, they are too big they think they are invincible. I love vegas but some of the local ppl might be mean like these ones, they take advantage of tourists to humiliate and do horrible stuff they cannot do to locals because they know if they do, they can end up in a very bad position so they take advantage of those who just come and go. Just be careful and be prepared to die if you are sofocated and try to use EMERGENCY EXIT coz not being able to breath is not an emergency for them.

Awful - unhelpful management & staff that steal from you, I would avoid this place like the plague if you dont want to tarnish your trip to Vegas. My party attended and left 1 coat in the cloakroom. We left one behind, as a person in the party was unwell and left early. We returned the next day, with our ticket to collect and were advised it was missing. They asked us to return that evening to speak with the manager, who told us theres no way the coat would go without the ticket - which we still had - he made us come back three times after searching for it (and if you know Vegas, youll know coming back to one hotel three times in one day is no way to spend your trip!), then told us what happens to our property isnt his responsibility (he basically didnt care). After getting a little agitated with him, he agreed to review the security tape, first blaming the cleaning staff for stealing it, then saying Caesars Palace security must have it - so we had to go check with their office, who told us categorically they didnt - and that they had a total of 7 complaints so far of items being stolen that evening alone! The manager then promised to call me the next day, but didnt, I called back and was fobbed off. It was an expensive boutique leather jacket, clearly it caught someones eye. Overall, I thought the club was very tacky, the music and sound system were good however, but the staff and the attitude of the management really spoiled it for us. Knowing their attitude is basically, give us your money and get lost and they couldnt care less if their staff steal, I would avoid this place if youre looking for a good time in Vegas - there are so many places to visit, Id scrub this one off the list in favour of somewhere that cares about its clients and reputation. Finding yourself £££s out of pocket, wasting hours of a day of your trip and being fobbed off is no way to spend a holiday. Theres nothing Pure about that place.

I went to an event on 1/1/16 and was extremely disappointed in my experience. The event started at 10pm and after going through coat check I got in around 1045. There was virtually no seating for people who did not spend thousands for a vip booth (which are the only people the staff cared to service). So I buy a drink and find a place to hangout until the main act. By 1230 the main act had not started and the place was completely packed and it was difficult to walk anywhere. The dance floor got so full the entrances to them were blocked by security and people could not enter. At one point I am walking out of the bathroom and there is a crowd right outside the door. As I walk a male waiter comes up behind me and started pushing me, stepping on my feet, cursing me out, and telling me to go faster even though I had nowhere to walk due to the overcrowding. I tell security about it and they said it was my fault and to stay out of the way. So I keep moving slowly in the same direction and the crowd bottle-necked and basically stopped moving. I am still being pushed from the back, so I turn around to the girls behind me and say stop I cant move yet and some drunk girl pulls my hair. At this point I knew I had to leave. So I had to circle the club moving the same direction to get to the door. I was out by 115am. This is no way to run a business. Over priced, over crowded, over rated, with mostly terrible service. Dont waste your time.

Best nightclub WORLDWIDE !! We went there yesterday for my birthday and that was one of the best night Ive ever had in my life. We bought on the internet the VIP pass at 170$ (including 100$ drink) and I told myself that was surprising to have a VIP pass for only 70$ if you get off the drink card. Ive understood when for one big double shots redbull vodka, they charged me 50$. I was a lil bit disapointed at the beginning as anyone should be but they put so much alcohol on the drink, Ive never witnessed that in any other club in the world, believe me, after the second drink, I was drunk and I didnt need alcohol anymore. For the line at the entrance, we have waited for like 10mins before going inside with the VIP pass, I wont lie, the security guards were not really cool, yelling multiple times but who cares, you see them only 2 minutes when they check you. The terrace is really nice if you just want to take a break from the main stage, the main stage is unbelievable, the lights and everything are mesmerizing. Comments saying that is packed... Indeed it is packed, but what do you expect ? Best club in Las Vegas? Do you often go to nightclubs that are not packed? Go to hakkasan it is the exact same thing. Therefore, there are always some spots that you can go and be at peace. To sum up, go there, have fun, dont look at your money and youll have a nice memory for life.
