RECENT NEW OWNER NOT POPULAR WITH STAFF--Many ammenities broken or out of stock. Bed was comfy. One comforter had a blood-looking stain though. AC worked nicely but I question how clean it was. Mold in the cracked shower walls, bad water pressure, very cheap shower sprayer, toilet didnt flush properly, broken pool shared with the sketchy place across the parking lot, abandoned, collapsing building inf front, beer bottles in the parking spaces never removed, very limited and uncomfortable seating outside, luggage carts go missing, dirty & dated decor with an old dusty chandelier for a light, cracked 1970s wall mirrors, deceptive online photos. All the staff was apologetic and kind, except the front desk manager who didnt seem to care. She gave standard apologies and excuses, "well we dont know that the pool pump is going to go out"... that makes up for the mold somehow?? Left with a sinus infection from the room. Avoid this dump. For the same price, you can find much, MUCH nicer hotels nearby. In fact, this was the worst one I saw. I would have left immediately but it was a holiday and the rooms were non-refundable.

I booked the hotel because my daughter was excited about the advertised pool. Well the pool wasnt in working condition and you kept the rates the same. Also, whoever cleaned the room before we checked in pointed the shower head directly out of the shower, so when I turned on the water and went to go gather my clothes and shower things while the water warmed, I came back to a completely flooded bathroom and hurt myself slipping in the mess. The construction adjacent to the hotel was under construction and the ground were a complete dump. The room had a musty smell, and was blazing hot upon entry and took hours to cool down. The breakfast was a bunch of unhealthy slop. I will never stay here again and I am completely disappointed that I was charged the rate I was for a place that is visibly under construction and doesnt have the amenities described. Shame on this company.

The Summit Center has been a respected local venue ever since my family moved to Tupelo over 15 years ago. Yesterday evening we were having an annual meeting, and we were in one of the halls (there was a second event happening that night so we were separated by a folding wall. The fruit and cheese served was very good; it always seems like they never serve sweet tea at the Summit (its always unsweetened with sugar on the table--any Southerner knows that doesnt work). The carpet and decor is a little bit dated, but not to the point of distraction. The Summit has overhead projectors and microphones to suit the needs of most events which take place there.

Ive stayed her twice. The first time was not a very good experience. The lady that does the breakfast was very rude and wouldnt let me and my family take food upstairs. She acted like she was better than everyone else, made us very uncomfortable. The second time I stayed there, I was there for a month. That experience was wonderful. There was a mid-aged black lady who was the sweetest! And the breakfast lady was nicer, although I was by myself and didnt have anyone with me. The cleaning staff was the best. Some of them wouldnt come in my room cuz they were scared of my kitten. But other than that it was great.

I stayed for an overnight trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable and easy access to Bankcorpsouth Arena. My only complaint would be that the hallways were extremely hot. I know that the air was on because I could see the curtains blowing. The room temperature was great.

Great - Comfortable - CLEAN overnights stay in Tupelo making the trek cross country. Added bonus that the property is located a few miles off the highway. Nice and quiet. Hot breakfast, hot shower, new bed (with really clean sheets). I dont think you could beat the amenities for the price (<77$)

Great price, speedy check-in, quiet halls and a wonderful breakfast selection. The scent of mildew in the room was the only downside for this overnight stay; but I was able to overlook it after a while. Theres still a great chance I would book this hotel again if in the area.

Came in late on a Friday night and there were no rooms at most decent hotels. Found this hotel behind another one and it was great. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast is catered in from a restaurant and was great.

Friendly staff, room was good, bed was good, but bathroom and breakfast were a little rough around the edges. Food was mostly gone at 8:00 am, and what was there was overcooked. Bathroom needs an update, but it was clean.

Pros-Location is close to interstate. Breakfast ok. Good Belgian waffles. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Cons-Hiding behind an unattractive hotel and liquor store. Carpet needs shampooing.

Friendly staff and wonderful rooms. Needs better signage, somewhat difficult to navigate to office but once you make it you wont regret it. Great restraints near by, try the NEON PIG !!!

A comfortable place to stay. The room was modern and clean, and there was a good hot breakfast in the morning. The rate was reasonable. Theres a popcorn machine in the lobby.

I have now stayed at all the choice hotels in town.. this one has several advantages over the others, however, it is hard to find. Least expensive and best bed!

Checked in late. Was a little unclear where to find the front, since half the hotel seems to be under renovations? Otherwise, comfy and clean for a great price.

Location is a bit difficult to reach from one side of the road due to being at the end of a bridge and median but the facilities are well kept and clean.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean, but the ac and heating lamp the room smelled musty and overall the whole hotel was kind of dated.
