10 games worth over $150. Sure, I will admit, that 10 games is a bit much but for a fun night out with people you dont see too often, I will take my chances. I was expecting maybe, $80-$100 max for total price, as it is a nicer alley compared to the one that was once a part of my town where if you compare the price to the games played, youd spend about $50 for about two people. Several times did I find a few lanes to, accurately said by another user, "breakdown" for a few minutes which also racks up the bill. Unjustly was the cost of food where if you order two drinks and one thing of food, that right there is like $20. I do not see this as an establishment worthy of those prices and the fact that it is falling apart in a few areas. I didnt mind the bowling balls that were provided to us, though I would recommend a huge change to the price of admission/bowling, and another change to fix this place up. Otherwise, I had a fine time, but the fee was certaintly something that would keep me out of coming back for ... possibly ever unless this was the last place where i can bowl.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Passable bowling (although the price was very high), crazy expensive arcade, and the raunchiest videos Ive ever seen in a public setting playing directly above the bowling lanes. Went here with our 5 year old daughter on a Saturday afternoon, saw plenty of kid birthday parties, etc.... and was shocked by the content on the TVs. I had seen some in the reviews, but figured it wouldnt be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. Was not planning on having this discussion with my little girl at this age. Very disappointed.... One saving grace was the laser tag (which is really kind of a joke). Lets put it this way. First, there was no one around to play, and then two people showed up. We played a 2-on-2 game (2-on-3 if you count the 5 year old), and the room was small, but pretty fun. Wouldnt be fun with any more than we had I dont think, but it was perfect for her. Over 8 years old, and it would probably be pretty lame.

Today I checked the website for open bowling times. It said 8-close, but to call to make sure. I called and the voice message said they had open bowling during ALL open hours. I called multiple times to confirm, but the phone was never answered. Yes, I tried to TRIPLE CHECK the times! Showed up with the kids and SURPRISE there is a private party so NO open bowling until after 10:30pm. The kids are upset and we missed our window to make other plans. When I called to complain, the person blamed "corporate" for the website and said she was too busy to answer the phone and she isnt in control of the phone message. I wont go back and can find better ways to spend my money in the Apple Valley/Burnsville/Lakeville area.

Never again! I took my friend here for her birthday on August 2nd and we had a lot of fun bowling. I paid for our shoes up front but was asked to pay for the games at the end. I should have known something was not right with that. After we bowled our two games I went to pay and it cost almost $30!!!!!! I thought there was a mistake but the guy said they charge per game per person. I was not a happy camper. So we decided to play laser tag but no one was over there and all the lights were off so that plan was a no go. Then my friend decided she wanted to take pics in the photo booth. It cost $4 but we only got 2 strips with 2 pictures on them though it was advertised 4 pictures on 2 strips. I will never come here again.

I had my sons 5th birthday party there. Staff was nice and organized, I didnt feel rushed, and they were very accommodating to my disabled nephew. The kids (ages 10 to 2) had a great time and the parents felt relaxed. I dont see this place like the "old school" bowling alleys where you can get a stiff drink and a waitress whos dependent on your tip. Its a place for families and tweens to hang out in a safe environment. My only complaint was the less than stellar service in the restaurant, Fireside Bar and Grill. The food was good, but took a while to get to the table for a couple of burgers and fries. We will be going back to the bowling alley/laser tag this weekend!

If you want a underground crappy club feel, with loud music, lifeless understaff workers, bowling balls with holes either too small or holes either too far apart and lanes that dont work sometimes. As well the most abhorrent bowling prices you could imagine. The random plywood in the lobby gives you first hand look of a business falling apart before your eyes. So they claim to have a arcade; but I dont call five broken games and I semi-working one a arcade. Oh great, overpriced Lazer tag I guess fives minutes of running around playing with toy guns in a place that calims be a bowling alley is the only enjoyable part of Brunswick bowl.

Wow - surprised that bowling here per game costs as much as a movie ticket in some theaters. Dirty lanes to boot - kept having to clean crap off of my shoes. Music was HORRIBLE. I thought I was here to bowl, not to rave. If youre into music for 13-year old females, youre in for a treat. Or Coldplay. Yuck. Food is overpriced vs. the quantity received. The chaos natchos (usually called Irish Natchos from my experience as they use waffle fries in place of natcho chips) were EXCELLENT, but presented in small, hardly shareable portions. Tap beer was flat, and our waitress was clueless. Bottled beer tasted great.

DO NOT GO TO BRUNSWICK ZONE XL BOWLING ALLEY IN LAKEVILLE!! They DO NOT support your local High School Bowlers. We had a high school conference match scheduled there for 17 local metro teams to bowl there tomorrow and they just cancelled on us!!! They are in it for the money of Birthday Parties instead of our future bowling youth!!!! We paid for the time there and they promised the lanes. Please find other local alleys who support us like Apple Place in Apple Valley and AMF lanes in Bloomington who is going to host the matches tomorrow for us. Shame on them for doing this to our kids.

Its okay, sort of expensive for a family night out. It wouldnt have been so bad if it werent for the waitress. She may have been new but we had to find someone to see if we could get her over to take our food order. She wasnt familiar with menu to let us know one of the the items we ordered was out of stock. The saving grace was the bartender. He came out from the bar and took over all of the lanes and provided a fantastic experience for the rest of the evening. He deserves a raise or something. He busted his tail to pick up the waitresss slack.

I went over and really enjoyed myself. The remodels the center has been through really bring the look of the place up. I was reading the last reviews, and the mention of the random plywood: those were temporary barricades, to protect us (the costumers) from any hazardous materials. They have a sign up saying they are undergoing remodels. I was talking with one of the staff members and was told they will be all done in the next couple of weeks. Altogether, found it a really fun place, with great people working there.
