Wanted to have Birthday party for my son, but they wouldnt even have the decency to fully explain what the package included. They did go on to describe the process as being difficult since nothing can be set up over the phone, one would have to physically go there.and it has to be 2 weeks ahead of time, a week and a half would not qualify. Poor customer service, but Ill still be throwing a party for my son, just not with the extra service or extra money I wouldve invested into the community center.
